There Is No One Better

Choosing a surgeon for your face is an incredibly personal decision, and I did not take it lightly. I work in the medical field and truly could have gone to anyone, but I chose Dr. Kian Karimi because I had seen the quality of his work firsthand, especially his post-skin cancer reconstructions and trauma repairs.

I already trusted him personally as well. He did my sinus revision surgery a few years ago, and that experience was incredible from start to finish. Over the years, he also helped me maintain my skin with Botox and Sculptra, always with a conservative, thoughtful approach.

What I appreciate most about Dr. Karimi is his honesty. At a certain point, he told me that injectables were no longer going to give me the result I wanted and that I would just be wasting money. He recommended that I consider a surgical option instead. Looking back, I am so grateful for that guidance.

He is meticulous in every sense of the word, from the planning to the procedure to the follow-up. I was up and walking the same day and never needed anything stronger than Tylenol during recovery.

At two weeks post-op, I was already thrilled with how natural everything looked. My scars are undetectable, hidden in my hairline, and the one near the outside of my ear healed to the point of being invisible.

The result is exactly what I hoped for: refreshed, natural, and subtle. No one suspected I had surgery. I simply looked better, rested, and more like myself.
