Dr Chasin is extraordinarily talented. His approach is conservative — with amazing results each and every time He takes the time and has the patient to explain everything he recommends and never encourages anything that would not be in the patient’s best interest. The entire staff at Reflections is superior!

Amazing. Very accommodating and honest. Gave a great sense of awareness as to what I truly needed . Will be booking again and again. I like this location more than Livingston location. No specific reason why but I just do . Staff is very nice and informing . Never once felt uncomfortable during my visit.

I did my research and found DR Karolak thru DR Chasin at Reflections Center in Martinsville, NJ- Both doctors well known and amazing- (u an look up Dr Chasin in another review I wrote when he performed smart lipo- even they way they give me my Botox injections is better than the last 3 places I have been too and that is basic,, lol. they are constantly in the news, board certified, and not to mention the most amazing beside manor- that u just don't find- after surgery u get there cell pine number to call, text ,send pics, at anytime about any small question, etc ..... I mean who does that? That made me feel sooo much more relaxed during my procedures to know my doctor is a text/call away- and I am a worry wort,picky about every little thing,lol! I just ant say enough. If u r smart, u we'll see yourselfs...they are above skillfull masters! Note that I was almost 2 hours drive(each way) from them and did the drive many times for all I have had done and it was/is sooo worth it!! Trust me I would NOT do it if it was not! I have multiple types of scars on my face- adult acne with ice pick scars and tethering scars(scar tissue adhering under the skin making a ripple affect- UGLY). I decided to do subcision, with PRP, nano fat transfer, and ECO2 laser(the best laser out). Dr Karolak perform this one month ago and my results are show stopping- i now have SOFT SMOOTH skin and it's only been 5 weeks. I will continue to get more improvements over the next 8 months - I cant even imagine! I will post pictures as u will have to see to believe!!!! And well since he did such an excellent job, last week(exactly one Minh after acne scar removal surgery) I decided to have him perform a neck lift- I am one week post op and AGAIN-OMG, I am still recovering, but I look 20 years younger... in a week!!! I am 44 and look 25 thanks to him- i took photos thru both procedures to show u the healing process and the amazing results so u can see REAL photos- not ones that they show and u wonder if they r real or touched up. I am being 100% honest here,so I open this can help other women like me!! Luckily I had 1 1/2 weeks off for first procedure and I will have a total of 2 weeks off for this neck lift (a week to go)- look for to the pictures I will be posting soon!!!!!!

I am so happy that I found Dr. Mark Karolak at Reflections Center for Skin and Body. He was highly professional and personable and was able to give me detailed instructions on my surgery and healing process. The support staff thru this whole process was wonderful also. Dr. Karolak made it easy to have questions answered by him and was always at the phone if I had a question or concern. He made it his priority taking care of me thru my healing process. Wow... a doctor that didn't pass me on to someone else... He needs to teach this to other doctors! I am more then pleased.

I would use them again and again. I'm so happy with my results and it really was easy.

From a young age I had always taken care of my skin. I would occasionally have the periodic fillers to maintain my youthful appearance. I have also been fortunate enough to be able to have other work done by some of the top surgeons in the tri-state area. After I turned 49 I started to see some crepiness under my neck and on the sides of my face. I knew it was time to do something so I decided to do a neck and lower face lift. Dr. Karolak took his time with me and listened to my concerns carefully. He then went into detail regarding how the procedure is performed, what to expect, and aftercare. The surgery went smoothly with no issues. Afterwards, Dr. Karolak even provided me with his mobile number in case I had any issues, he also called later that day to make sure everything was OK. I was able to return to work two weeks after surgery and I could have returned sooner. Most of the incisions had healed and were not visible because of where Dr. Karolak had thoughtfully placed them. Everyone in my office complimented how good I looked but no one knew that I had work done. If you are seriously considering this type of surgery I would highly recommend Dr. Karolak because of his patience, attention to detail, and artistry. From the moment you meet him, you can tell that he loves what he does and wants to provide the best experience for each patient. More importantly, he listens to what you have to say as well as your individual concerns. I have been to Reflections Center at both locations in Livingston and Martinsville and I have to say that the doctors and staff are very accommodating and professional. If you want your expectations to be exceeded, Reflections is where you need to go.

I have wanted LL for sooooo long! The timing was never quite right..... until last summer, when I met Dr. Wix-Harris at Reflections Center For Skin and Body. I had an informative and thorough consultation with her, going over many details. It was only a matter of minutes when I knew that both the doctor and facility were a perfect fit for me! I scheduled my procedure for the first available opening, which was about four weeks later...... seemed like an eternity!
I was a little nervous the day of my Lipo, but was quickly put at ease when greeted by Dr. Wix-Harris and MaryEllen. They were both warm and welcoming as they checked me in and prepared me for my treatment. After signing consents, going over post-op instructions and getting my super not so lovely before photos taken, I was given medication. This they said would make me comfortable and calm, which it totally did!!
General anesthesia is not used for this kind of Lipo, I was told, because they need their patients to be able to move from side to side to better contour..... they also had me stand towards the end of the procedure to make sure I looked goooood!
When I was done, I was bandaged and dressed. I had to wear a compression garment that was given to me for 24/7 (took it off only to shower) Then wore it for a couple of more weeks during the day only. I got used to it pretty quickly, wasn't too bad.... even with my random hot flashes! My experience was amazing. I had very little discomfort and took it easy for only one day. I am beyond thrilled with my results. I can actually wear clothes that I have not been able to button for many years!! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!!!!!

I did not have a good treatment at Reflections day spa in the Bridgewater location. The reason being is while I was being numbed the doctor came in and told me that my price quote was over 90 days old and their prices have gone up. They charged me $350 more than my original quote and I was not happy about that. They could've told me this while I made my appointment. They did not seem to care if I got up and left. They just wanted more money and did not want to tell me until I was naked and Being numbed for an hour and I was in a vulnerable position. The technician only did three passes of the Fraxel and I was supposed to get eight. So I don't even think that the treatment was worth it. I had gotten Fraxel from their livingston location many years ago I never saw a difference but I figured I'd give it another try. What a huge mistake!!

At 18 my best friend wanted to get a tattoo. She choose a combination of our initials and made the design herself. Via poor judgment I ended up with the exact same tattoo on just a little above and to the right of my pubis. I have regretted it deeply and been highly embarrassed anytime another person saw it. I have looked into having it removed several times and always been too afraid of the amount of pain people mentioned and the blisters and blood I saw. I decided to try Bridgewater Reflections as they were near by and have a reputation for being pleasant. I meet with them and had the first round the same day. They said I was a good candidate and to expect it to take 4-6 visits at $200/visit in order to have it gone without a trace.

Six weeks after the first treatment I can see some lightening of the black to a dark brown. The edges are a little blurry. It is not a huge improvement but I am hopeful that after three to five more treatments it will have disappeared completely. I had a few drops of blood on the day around the area where the laser was applied. I did not have any blisters, bruising or discomfort. They used Q switch lasers and there was no pain before and only a minimal discomfort after.

I just completed the second round of laser removal. Again no pain. I am attaching photos of what the tattoo looked like before they put any salve or bandages on in the morning, the second photo is in the evening about 7 hours after it was done. You can see there is some redness but no pain or discomfort. Next appointment is in eight weeks and I am very hopeful that I will need only two more.

I am 8 weeks out from the second treatment. I have the third one scheduled for next Tuesday evening. I am hopeful that with two more treatments the mistake I made will be gone forever.

The fading is going very well, I have experienced no pain or ill effects. I have my next appointment in 4 days and I am hoping that only two more will be necessary.

I am a 31yr old female with loss of collagen by the side if my mouth and I have a nasal labial folds. I have been hesitating getting restylane for sometime mainly b/c I was afraid that I would have horrible bruising or swelling. Well I am now one day post treatment after having one syringe injected and I LOVE IT! No bruises & minimal swelling!! Why did I wait so long...

I am kinda thinking that I may go back in two weeks and have just a little more put into my nasal labial folds since most of the syringe went into the corners of my mouth.

The needle was a little sting and some pressure but not bad at all!!!
