I had my implants for over 30 years and planned to be buried with them! Then started to have health problems.. I figured it was just perimenopause. After a year working with a functional health Dr and couldn’t change some issues she recommended I remove my implants. She knew Dr. Sood and Laura so I didn’t even look around and could not have been happier! They have an amazing team and I was so comfortable with them from the first meeting. I’m now almost 6 month post-op and amazed how good I look!! You can’t even see the scars and I had a lift(so glad I did) I had so many fears and I have no regrets choosing Dr. Sood! He’s a great Dr with a kind heart. Laura will help guide you through the whole way, what ever you need! Even if you just need a hand to hold! Love these people!!

Dr. Sood is a true professional and truly phenomenal at what he does. He has the best bedside manner and is so compassionate and understanding. He listens and gently adds his input. I had a breast reduction/lift with him in early fall of 2025. His team of nurses is top notch and getting Laura is the icing on the cake!! She literally will hold your hand! You will not find a better facility, a better Dr., or a better team to guide you thru your cosmetic surgery journey. The aftercare is also exceptional. My results are fabulous and I couldn’t be happier! I often say that Dr. Sood and Laura are angels on earth, helping people achieve self esteem, women with BII get their health back, and they are dedicated to changing lives daily.

Dr. Sood is a very skilled and personable surgeon who did my explant recently. He did such a good job, my symptoms immediately started to get better and now they are all gone. Laura and the entire staff were so comforting and wonderful. The cost was given to me upfront so there were no surprises. I can not recommend them enough!

I am 4 months post op after Dr Sood did a full enbloc capsulectomy with a lift. Removing 32-year-old ruptured silicone gel implants. I knew nothing about BII (Breast Implant Illness) before a friend had her implants removed & introduced me to Dr. Sood. Being a former model & body builder, it was very hard for me to accept having to remove my implants & not being able to imagine myself without boobs. Dr. Sood and Laura Bowden changed my way of thinking and got me out of my own head. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, even gave me other groups to be able to do my own research. My husband & I flew from Las Vegas NV to Rockford, IL to Dr Sood facility. The facility is truly amazing, warm and comfortably inviting. The entire staff was wonderful and very patient and welcoming with us. This surgery for me personally was the worst surgery I have ever had as far as pain and discomfort. It was so worth having the surgery and I do not regret it for a minute. I feel like a 16-year-old girl that just realized she has pretty perky boobs. Dr. Sood is an artist who has an amazing eye for detail and perfection. His bedside manner is amazing, very easy to talk to. Anyone looking for the best surgeon for this procedure should definitely meet and talk to Dr Sood. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my surgery, my boobs are perfect, my scares are healing nicely, my self esteem and love for myself is back. My only issue with this whole procedure is when trying to get help for insurance reimbursement it is very hard. Most of us can’t afford this surgery without saving, borrowing or pulling from 401K. I understand it is in their contract but if this changed it would put his business over the top, he would be the best in the world. If you are thinking of having this surgery stop thinking and talk to Dr Sood and to Laura you will not regret your decision.

I cannot say enough on how amazing my experience was with Dr. Sood! On 10/7/25 I had a complete capsulectomy intact implant removal and lift. My esthetic outcome is amazing, he is truly a specialist and the best at what he does! I believe his skill is second to none from what I’ve experienced and doing the research that I did beforehand. I think it’s very important to add that from start to finish and well beyond and continuing, he and his team are the most kind and compassionate people! This is such an emotional surgery and I was treated with compassion and respect, in a way that I’ve never experienced with anything in the medical realm. His care, kindness and support doesn’t stop once you’ve had your surgery and your bill is paid. I was not treated like a number or just another case. I feel like I truly matter and my health and the esthetic outcome was every bit as important to him as it was and is for me. I’m nearly 5 months post op and still there is communication and check ins. My health, my appearance and my life is so much better because of Dr. Sood and I am forever grateful.

Dr Sood and the entire staff was UNBELIEVABLE! I have sent MANY women to them and ALL have been happy with results! He is not only talented in ENBLOC but esthetics as well. My scars are straight and healing nicely!! I feel better than ever. I’d go to him if I were choosing a Dr. I love how he will NOT do implants anymore, that truly aligns with me. BII is real and Dr Sood and Laura’s compassion towards us shows they believe in it as well. Laura his advocate is a BII survivor and speaks BOLDLY about it.

Dr. Sood did my explant and lift, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, he was calming, peaceful, and kind. I felt heard and supported through the whole process. He performed a full en bloc and was able to remove my entire capsule, even though it was super thin, which meant so much to me.His patient advocate, Laura, was also incredible — so responsive, supportive, and just genuinely caring. I never felt alone in the process. And the results… I am beyond grateful. The appearance is absolutely fabulous and better than I hoped for. I’m so thankful I chose him.
