Iâve wanted a BA since I was 16 years old. Iâve always been pretty small, about a 34B or a very small 32 C on a good day.
My stats:
5â6
135 lbs
31 years old
No kids
I originally was set on 350 cc moderate plus profile (I ended up going with Natrelle implants which they use a different naming system for their profiles, so it would be just moderate people with them) but about 2 weeks leading up to my surgery date I was really considering wanting High Profile. So Dr. Rowin and his nurse Reba allowed me to come back for one last consult before my surgery date to re-measure and discuss HP implant options. Dr. Rowin follows a very specific chart to say what cc with work best with my breast diameter. I landed between a 12-13 diameter so if I went HP he would want me to be 12 diameter with 365 ccs which was happy with as 15 more ccs is virtually no difference than 350. So that was what we decided on! Pics of what I was working with pre-op

Feeling nervous but excited at the same time. But I know I am in great hands. Dr. Rowin came and measure and marked me up in prep for surgery. I had to take 2 celebrex and 1 Gabapentin the night before and same regimen morning of. Washed with antibacterial soap night before and morning of as well. Canât wait to have the new girls installed!

Waking up from surgery was a breeze. I was under and in the recovery room in what felt like no time at all! I had minor soreness and tightening right after. As just groggy and a little loopy but was feeling great. No post-anesthesia nausea thank goodness! They pushed something extra in the anesthesia to help with that and gave me a patch behind my ear to help too. Night one I just took my meds as directed and relaxed! Feeling good so far, and maybe Iâm crazy but I feel like my girl are already looking amazing despite being so high and swollen!

Feeling great still, today def more sore so been icing and took one Valium this morning to have relax the muscles. But have been able to be up and wash my face and brush my teeth. I did have a little bit of face and cheek flushing and redness. I call the office and they said totally normal response to the anesthesia, a not to worry but if it gets worse or has a fever associated with in, then to call again. But I think itâs already subsided. I canât wait for the 1st postoperative follow up meeting next week!

Still feeling great! My biggest complaint is how bloated I am from other being able to really go #2 that much, I did go a little bit this morning but still really want to empty out to feel better. Other than that, no breast pain or incision pain at all. Been very on top of my meds, taking an antibiotic, Gabapentin, and Celebrex round the clock. Took my 1st shower today, my husband had to help me wash my hair. Boy did taking this surgical bra off for the first time feel amazing!! And I am feeling really positive about my results thus far, i can tell once they drop and fluff theyâre going to look really amazing!

Feeling good today, just still overall really sore and tight in my chest. Honestly, the most uncomfortable part is this surgical bra, it is so tight and uncomfortable it killing me. My doctor did say if itâs unbearably uncomfortable I could take it off. He preferred it be on 24/7 for the first week, but I couldnât take it anymore. I currently have a softer zip up front bra and it like a cold compared to the surgical bra lol. I figured Iâd wear this one during the day and put my surgical bra back on at night to sleep in. Theyâre already dropping more and more and taking shape! Still feeling very bloated.

Day 4, and morning boob wasnât as bad today! Iâm totally off narcotics. Taking Tylenol as needed, and a Valium at night before bed to help with tightness. I switched to a softer zip up bra I got off Amazon versus my surgical bra, I hope that was right move, my surgeon did say if I found the surgical bra to be very uncomfortable I could not wear it. But I still want the support and compression during the first weeks. I have my first follow up at the 1 week mark Iâll give my next date then! Some of the bloat has subsided which has been such a relief.

Had my 1 week post in check in with Dr. Rowin, and everything is thing is looking amazing!!! He said theyâre falling into the pocket perfectly, and will soften and drop as time goes on. I go back in 2 weeks to get the strips taken off, for now still in the surgical bra. Down to only taking Tylenol and gabapentin. I love them so much!

Looking better every day! Theyâre still very firm, but are dropping. I go Monday to get my strips off and can start massaging and scar treatment. Iâm loving them so much. Iâve stopped taking all meds as of last week.

Got to see my scars finally for 1st and theyâre looking great! Iâve been told to massage the scars twice a day with some aquaphor or Vaseline. And use this silicone stick on them twice a Day as well.

Went and got sized for a bra this weekend at VS, they said I was a 34D or DD. I tried on both but the 34D fit a little bit better so finally able to wear a wireless bra thatâs not surgical! Which feels amazing.

Doing great and they look amazing! I have been cleared to wear underwire bras, and go back to exercise as normal! My right side needs a little more time to drop as much as my left but even if they stayed the exact same as right now forever Iâd be so happy! I love them so much!
