I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Brett Stompro in December 2024, and it has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience of my life. The Results: Almost a year and a half later (March 2026), the results are objectively bad. My nose is now crooked ("cross"), and the tip remains bulky and disproportionate. Despite the high cost, the surgery made my nose look smaller in a way that doesn't fit my face, while simultaneously leaving it looking unfinished and "thick." The Patient Care (The "Bait and Switch"): During the consultation and payment phase, the facility was full of promises. They assured me I would be well taken care of and that Dr. Stompro would personally see me at the 3-month and 6-month marks to monitor my progress. This was a complete lie. Once they had my money and the surgery was over, I was treated like an inconvenience. The facility staff was extremely unprofessional. Every time I called to schedule my promised follow-ups, I was told the doctor was unavailable. I had to fight just to get a video call, and Dr. Stompro did not actually see me in person to evaluate his work until March 2026—nearly 15 months after my surgery. The Dismissive Attitude: When I finally expressed my extreme frustration and got an in-person meeting, the experience was insulting. I tried to explain why I was unhappy with the crookedness and the bulky tip, and instead of offering a solution or showing empathy, Dr. Stompro was incredibly dismissive. He told me that "this was the best he could get" and even stated that he "liked his work." It is devastating to trust a surgeon with your face and your finances, only to have them ghost you for over a year and then tell you that a crooked, bulky result is "the best" they can do. They will take your money, provide subpar results, and then abandon you when you need post-operative care.
