For over 12 months, I was looking for the right surgeon to complete a breast augmentation and lift for me. I was tossing up between two surgeons - one in Adelaide who had done my tummy tuck previously, and one in Sydney who is quite possibly one of the most well known and expensive in the country. When these two providers gave me conflicting advice on what I needed, I sought a third opinion. I hadn't heard of Dr Moradi before, but an online recommendation meant I would call his office for an opinion. After appalling customer service from the expensive surgeons office, I was taken aback when the staff at Park Clinic (Dr Moradi's clinic) bent over backwards to help me from the first contact. From fitting me in for an emergency consult at a reduced rate on the day I first called, to acknowledging my by name when I walked in to the clinic, I was just so taken aback with the level of service and care. This level of service clearly stems from the top down, because when I met Dr Moradi his manners were excellent. He was clear and direct with his opinion that would get me the best result. Beyond that, he was able to show me photos of similar patients who started around the same place I was and what their end results looked like after having the same procedure. Through this process I was confident to get a breast augmentation without the lift, using a dual plane tall anatomical implant to achieve a lifted look. Reassurance from Dr Moradi that the result would be pleasing, coupled with the photo evidence of others who had gone through it, meant that I was confident in Dr Moradi and what he offered. The cost was much more reasonable, the service exemplary and I booked on that day after spending so long trying to find the right surgeon for me. I'm now 10 weeks post surgery and I couldn't be any happier with my results. My surgery has significantly improved my self confidence, and for the first time in a long time I am very happy with my body. After losing 54kg last year, plastic surgery was the last step to help my body recover from years of abuse through obesity. I cannot recommend Dr Moradi high enough, along with the staff at Park Clinic, and have already started discussions about future excess skin removal to finish up the plastic surgery journey I need to finally exist in the body I want.

Dr Phoon changed my life! I have always struggled with my midsection and have never had the confidence to wear tight fitting clothes or a bikini after significant weight loss. I was also hesitant to do anything about it as this kind of procedure is not one to take lightly. One day I was at the beach with my sister and I finally reached breaking point. I was sick of hiding in the dark under baggy clothes....it was time to get my life back. I searched the internet for hours and hours researching tummy tucks and looking for the best surgeon I could find. Then I so luckily stumbled upon Dr Phoon. From the moment I met him I knew I was in the best of hands. Alex is so kind and caring and he makes you feel so comfortable. The consultation was thorough, professional and even a little exciting when I found out I was a perfect candidate for my surgery. He even gave me his personal email address just incase I had any extra questions between the initial consult and surgery. The surgery went incredibly smoothly. My husband was freaking out so Dr Phoon even called him once I was in recovery to notify him that everything was ok and put his mind at ease. I felt that even though there was pain, it wasn't unbearable as I was given an accurate and honest indication of what to expect post surgery. That and a "pain buster" local anaesthetic on my stomach really did the trick. If it couldn't get any better I got a surprise the next morning when Dr Phoon came to visit me in hospital with my favourite coffee (what a gesture) ....he actually did this everyday that I was in. I am now 5 weeks post surgery and although sizeable the scar is immaculate, Dr Phoon is a real artist. It's a clean cut (unlike some I've seen on the internet) and although I am still swollen which is to be expected I have never looked better. I cannot recommend Dr Phoon highly enough. If you are nervous or a little unsure about anything then Dr Phoon is the surgeon for you. Honest, Caring, Professional and brilliant at what he does. Also the team at Park Clinic headed by Manager Jennifer are just a treat to deal with. Jessie was fantastic with helping arrange everything and the aftercare from the girls has been tremendous. I am a 41 year old mother of three. My second pregnancy turned out to be twin boys - and I count myself as very fortunate to have my boys :) - however that pregnancy changed my body irreversibly! The skin on my tummy bothered me the most - it was crepey and wrinkly, I called it my 'old lady' tummy - and no amount of exercise or weight loss would resolve it. I also had a droopy navel which I hated. As for my breasts - I breast fed all my children - they were a really deflated, and fairly droopy B cup with not much breast tissue.
I researched plastic surgery options (breast augmentation and tummy tuck) for a couple of years, and had consultations with a number of surgeons before discovering Dr Alex Phoon from Park Clinic Plastic Surgery in Sydney. I first read about Alex in Vogue magazine and then I looked up his work online and on the Park Clinic Facebook page. I was totally won over by his technique with tummy tucks and particularly neat, small belly navels - my own navel bothered me a lot. I had given up wearing bikinis since I had my boys as I felt too self conscious, and I was quite disappointed about that.
Alex put me at ease and inspired my trust when I met him in early 2016. I decided to take the plunge - and booked in for surgery and went ahead with a breast augmentation and tummy tuck with Dr Alex at the East Sydney Private Hospital in June 2016. I found the recovery from the breast surgery very straight forward and although I was a bit sore for a week or two it was not too bad at all. I have to admit that the recovery from the tummy tuck recovery was quite tough for me - I recommend at least a month off work after that...but four months on most importantly I am so very, very pleased with the results! It's a big improvement and I think where my body is concerned I have turned back the clock to my pre-baby years, and with my breasts they are better than they ever were naturally! I am now a DD cup, my breasts are totally in proportion to my body shape, pert and full, and with a lovely natural shape and curve. In my consult I was clear with Dr Alex that I wanted any change to be natural looking. My tummy is flat, with a nice neat belly button and no more crepey skin! Of course there is a low, neat hip to hip scar - totally hidden by a small pair of underwear or bikini briefs. I am very happy and pleased with the results - and very excited about wearing a bikini this summer! :)

I had my first BA in 2012 and about a year later started to become extremely unhappy with the size and overall appearance of my breasts. They began to sag and just looked odd shaped and very large for my petite frame. I was so unhappy, uncomfortable and self-conscious and I just could not get past it.

I had wanted to get a breast implant replacement for smaller implants however due to the droopiness of my breasts and the stretched out skin from my implants I was told by many different surgeons that I would also need a full lift/reduction. I was devastated to learn I would need this, particularly at my age and prior to having any children.

I thought about having the surgery but just could not come to terms with the idea of having a full reduction and the scars that would be associated. After consulting with a few surgeons I felt even more unsure. I spent countless hours on realself and various forums trying to get advice from others who had undergone similar surgeries and this put my mind at ease somewhat. After searching the net for a surgeon to have another consultation with, I came across Dr Moradi and Park Clinic Plastic Surgery. I had my consultation with him and I knew straight away that I wanted him to perform my surgery. Dr Moradi was so compassionate, understanding and kind and left an immediate impression. He answered all my questions and spent well over an hour with me in my consultation (all the other dr's I had seen in the past seemed unengaged and keen to rush the consult). I didn't feel pressured to make a decision either, Dr Moradi told me to think hard about the decision to have surgery and to come back whenever I was ready, whether it be 6 months, 2 years, etc (other surgeons I had seen were keen to to get things confirmed on the day of my consult).

After my initial consultation with Dr Moradi it was about a year and a half later that I actually had the surgery. I was by no means an easy patient, I had a million and one questions and I changed my mind constantly on whether or not I wanted to have the surgery. Dr Moradi would respond to my questions personally and immediately, at all hours of the day/night. He was extremely gracious and responsive and always eager to offer me advice and put my mind at ease.

It's now been almost 3 weeks since ive had the surgery and I could not be happier with the results! Dr Moradi is an amazing surgeon and I could not recommend him enough! By far the best surgeon I have come across and I am so lucky and happy that I had him as my surgeon.

(I had a full breast reduction with 200cc moderate profile textured round silicone implants to replace my R350cc and L375cc high profile smooth round silicone implants, one of which was ruptured).

I had my tape taken off a few days ago and was shocked at how thin and unnoticeable the scars are! So much better than I ever could have expected or wished for! In hindsight I can't believe the idea of scarring is what held me back from getting this surgery so many years ago. Breasts I starting to really settle and I could not be happier with the result!

I cannot recommend my surgeon Dr Alex Phoon highly enough. Afters of debate, a disappointing consult with a different surgeon, my consult with Dr Phoon made me certain that I was choosing the right surgeon for my procedure. Dr Phoon is extremely professional and friendly and really listens to your needs. I also found the 3D imaging that they offer at Park Clinic extremely helpful in decisions on size/shape etc. I am now 6 weeks post op and over the moon with the natural results Dr Phoon has achieved. I have gone from A to C cup with 295cc anatomical under muscle implants.

After recently having undergone a breast augmentation, I can not speak highly enough of my surgeon Dr Alex Phoon and the staff at Park Clinic Sydney. From the intitial consultation Dr Phoon was very informative and made me feel extremely comfortable. I am so happy with the results I can't wipe the smile from my face. My name is Racheal and I had been considering having a breast augmentation for a very long time. I am 38 years of age and I had inconsistent breasts. The one on the left hand side was a half an A cup and the one on the right hand side was a full B cup. I had never worn a bikini. It was very hard for me to wear clothes that showed cleavage. I used to be very mindful at the gym wearing singlets. I pulled my singlet really high up so that my breasts did not show. And just because I could not wear sports bras, I was wearing normal lingerie bras with padding. These bras were so harsh on my skin. Due to huge difference in the size of my breasts, these bras these bras rubbed the on my skin and I had scarring in the middle of my chest. I then started wearing a Band-Aid in the middle of my chest to stop the scarring. Every time I looked at myself in the mirror, I did not like the look of my breasts. Apart from having abnormal breasts, I have a really good physique. But the abnormal breasts made me hate my body. I felt ashamed of my breasts. I don’t what it is about breasts but having nice breasts gives a woman a lot of confidence in life. I then decided that I did not want to live my life like this. I wanted to look great and be happy with my body. I started researching about breast augmentation. I spent so many months reading about ladies that have had this procedure done and about various plastic surgeons. I chose Dr Alex Phoon after watching his online videos and reading about him. I was so impressed by him that I booked my surgery date even before I went to see him for my first consultation. He is a very genuine person and he treated me with so much respect. Dr Alex Phoon is a fantastic surgeon, and his team at Park Clinic (Jenny, Chrissie and Kelly) are also great. I spent a lot of time talking to them about advice and they were really helpful and honest.

Alex takes care to listen to what you want, talk you through the process and help you choose the right approach / size / look for you. He helped steer me in the right direction without being pushy, and was patient with me with lots of follow up pre-appointments and emails, as was his team.

One of the main reasons I went with Alex as my surgeon is because actually knows what kind of looks are desired by younger women, he's in touch with social media and fashion trends, and doesn't just go for the standard augmented look. He knows what "natural" means. He was the first and only surgeon I consulted, I immediately felt confident he was the right surgeon for me.

Alex came recommended through my sister who works in a cancer hospital, where Alex performs reconstructions and is highly regarded. Alex performs his surgery in a proper hospital (many don't), is highly qualified and registered with the right surgical associations, and is highly active in the industry and research. This was really important to me.

I'm only 1.5-2 weeks post op but I am confident the result is going to be very natural and beautiful. My incision scars are tiny. Dr Alex Phoon is a highly skilled surgeon, and also just a really nice person to deal with, and I highly recommend him to others considering breast augmentation.

After having 2 beautiful children I decided to undergo a mummy makeover. During both pregnancies I gained 20-30kgs which resulted to excess skin, muscle separation and stretch marks. This made me feel self conscious and really affected my confidence. From my initial consult with Dr Alex Phoon at Park Clinic Sydney, I knew I had found my surgeon.

His professional, caring and compassionate manner had me at ease from the get-go. Dr Phoon listened intently as I explained my desired look. With the help of 3D Vectra Imaging System and his professional opinion, we came to a mutual agreement on size. I left his office feeling 100% confident in him as a surgeon and my decision.

Any questions or concerns I had leading up to and post-surgery were answered by Dr Phoon personally via email within hours of sending, regardless of time or day.
