Lisa is a licensed esthetician with an extensive management background in the laser skin care industry. She is a graduate of UCSB and has enjoyed a broad range of professional endeavors including teaching, real estate sales and development, advertising and marketing. Lisa has been a Santa Barbara native for the past 43 years and brings to Pacific Plastic Surgery a passion for esthetics and a commitment to providing all of our patients with personal attention and care! She will assist you with information and scheduling for the procedure that you choose and can answer most of your questions before and after your consult with Dr. Mackenzie. She is also the one to help you with any questions you have about financing plastic surgery.
Jessica is a physician assistant (PA) who joined Dr. Mackenzie´s practice in 2005. A physician assistant is a health care professional licensed to practice medicine under the supervision of a doctor. Jessica´s education and training allow her to provide a broad range of medical and surgical services to Dr. Mackenzie´s practice. These services include administering BOTOX®, Juvederm and Radiesse injections, performing IPL and laser treatments for hair removal, sun spots and spider veins, providing pre and post operative care and assisting Dr. Mackenzie with surgery.
Sara is a Licensed Esthetician and has been working as a medical esthetician for eight years. A native of Santa Barbara, she has been in the skin care industry for ten years. After attending Joe Blasco MakeUp Artistry school in Los Angeles, she attended Santa Barbara City College Cosmetology Academy, and received her license. Sara’s specialties include microplane facials, Intraceutical oxygen facials, chemical peels, and acne facials.
Pamela Sillix fills the role of Business Administrator at Pacific Plastic Surgery, working directly with Dr. Mackenzie, his dynamic team, and various practice associates and vendors. In addition to her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and professional designations in the field of Brokerage Management, Pamela has an extensive medical practice management background as Vice President and Controller of an orthopedic surgery practice in her home state of Colorado. She also served as chairman of the legislative committee of the Mesa County Colorado Medical Society Alliance and was a medical industry advisor on a U.S. Representative’s political advisory committee. After relocating to Santa Barbara from Colorado, Pamela became active with The Breast Cancer Resource Center nonprofit organization and served as Vice President and a two term Board Member as well as chairing its finance and fundraising committees. She has been with Pacific Plastic Surgery since 2010.
