I had a full tummy tuck, lipo, breast lift, and augmentation with Dr. Guttikonda on 7/21/23. I was amazed with his staff, especially Amber and Stefani as they were incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. From the very first consultation I had to the post op visits, Dr. G has been amazing. He was very helpful when I was deciding what I wanted to do, and he guided me every step of the way. He was also sure to set realistic expectations with me in what my outcome would look like. I had a few bumps in the road during my recovery (at absolutely no fault of the doctor) and Dr. G texted me over the weekend to check in which made me feel beyond comforted. My experience at Pacific Lipo was wonderful, and I would not hesitate to return to Dr. Guttikonda in the future. Thank you Dr. Guttikonda, Amber, Stefani, and everyone at Pacific Lipo for helping me achieve the post baby body of my dreams!

This place is amazing and so is Dr. Rakhesh Guttikonda. He listened to me attentively and respected my preferences. He delivered exactly what I wanted and made me feel more confident. The staff is also very friendly and supportive. They always greet me warmly and cheer me on. I can’t thank them enough for their excellent service. I've been considering back, flank, and hip lipo for over 15 years. In 2020 I started my search for a plastic surgeon I could trust, and after 3 years of searching for my perfect fit, I finally found Dr.Guttikonda. From the minute I called Pacific Lipo and spoke with Amber I felt completely at ease and confident that this was going to be the right place for me to get my procedure done. We talked for well over 30 minutes about my concerns and how they could help. Upon meeting Dr.Guttikonda, the staff, nurses, and seeing the facility, it was a done deal. I had my lipo done in early April and all I can say was WOW do I wish I had found Pacific Lipo sooner. My results are fantastic! Throughout my recovery, the staff and nurses were always on call for me to reach out to with questions and concerns. Each and every time I was met with kindness, advice, and support. From start to end it was a highly positive experience and I couldn't recommend Pacific Lipo more.

I was self conscious about my double chin for years and have always considered chin liposuction as an option. I finally decided to go all in on it (chin lipo & j-plasma) and Dr. Heidi in Newport was incredible!
The whole process and team were very friendly and helpful along the way. Being male, I was always a little anxious going through with this procedure because the majority of reviews you'd see online are primarily from women. But I can tell you from experience, if you're a man looking to have chin lipo done, you have nothing to fear! The results are incredible. It's been a few months since I had my procedure with Dr. Heidi, and they have checked in with me a few times now to see how I'm doing. Every week that passes it looks a little better, and can't wait to see what the results are months down the line!

My whole experience with Pacific Lipo has been nothing but AMAZING! I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bivens for a full tummy tuck and I'm working on setting up an appointment to get Chin Lipo with J Plasma!

Dr. Bivens is patient, he has a great attitude and in my opinion is a master at his work as a plastic surgeon!

ALL the staff, anesthesiologist, medical assistants, nurses, just everyone is SO helpful, kind, and cares!

First, I must say the staff is very friendly and personable. I was very apprehensive about having surgery ( breast augmentation) , but Stephanie and staff assured me that I was in good hands. I felt heard and all my concerns were addressed.They were very comforting. As for my results, I am very pleased with the outcome Dr. Guttikonda did an amazing job. I had little to no pain. Pacific Lipo has done an excellent job with my surgery. I am so thankful and grateful for the staff members for going the extra measures for making sure I recover and that my well being is good at all times. It brings tears to my eyes when I think about what they have done for me, my self esteem, they have brought me back to life, they have made me feel alive again, when for a longtime I felt hopeless and depressed about myself. My surgery to me is priceless, because they gave me my confidence back, my shine that I thought I had lost. Wonderful caring Doctors, wonderful caring staff. Everybody was very caring, and comforting as this was my first procedure I ever had done. I was seeking liposculpture for my abdomen and flanks. I was very adamant to get rid of my love handles in particular. I did not get this procedure as a replacement for weight loss! Something to keep in mind, this is not a procedure you get as a replacement for weight loss. It is for stubborn areas of fat which you cannot get rid of through regular diet and exercise. I got this procedure to sculpt stubborn fat areas (specifically my love handles and abdomen) which I was unable to lose with regular weight loss. I've ALWAYS had heavy fat deposits in my hips, even as a teenager throughout all my life weighing 125-130 lbs.

Quarantine happened, and I gained weight. I had more heavy fat deposits there, and it was very painful and difficult to lose weight. I couldn't run, or jog without wearing heavy compression because my hips were so jiggly it would jiggle when I ran. It caused me a lot of pain, and therefore made it much more difficult for me to lose weight through cardio and exercise. I had seen a dietician to help regulate my diet for weight loss and I was walking on a daily basis. I had already lost 25 pounds. I was on track to lose more, but after having this procedure done by Dr. Heidi Regenass, I can now run, jog, and bike again. I wanted to do cardio again, without feeling pain from all the fat deposits I had in my hips even with compression.

I was really scared and hesitant at first, upon walking into office. Dr. Regenass listened to my concerns, along with Amanda and they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Regenass and Amanda made me not feel embarrassed, and I felt heard and listened to. I expressed my concerns with losing weight due to my stubborn areas of fat. I had my procedure 4 days later after my initial consultation. I was gowned up, and given medication before my procedure. I was awake and talking. Being as it was my first ever procedure, I was a little bit nervous but Nurse Drea and Dr. Regenass were comforting me and I felt assured. Seeing how jumpy I was, and nervous I was, they both reassured me everything was OK, and to just keep my legs down and straight. I felt very comfortable throughout my procedure.

After my procedure finished, a compression garment was put on me by Nurse Drea and another nurse who had helped. They calmed me down, gave me apple juice to drink, and took care of me like family. They were gentle, caring, and waited for my husband to come before wheeling me out. They explained the aftercare, and how to care for myself at home following the procedure. I was wheeled out of the facility in a wheelchair by Nurse Drea who not only helped me to my vehicle, but helped me get INSIDE my vehicle and held my hand. I have never been so well taken care of at any medical facility I have been to. I had swelling 1 week post-op which I did have checked out during my 1 week appointment. It disappeared two days later. Obviously, everybody's body is different, but my swelling went down quickly, and I healed extremely fast. My stomach is now as FLAT as a board and my hips are gone.

If you follow the aftercare what the Doctors and Nurses tell you, your recovery will be easy, painless and smooth. If you trust the process, your recovery will be a breeze. Recovery isn't fully painless, but rest assured the Nurses are always there for you anytime you call or text them after your procedure. They care, they fix, they nurture, and they transform. I can't thank Dr. Heidi Regenass and her staff enough. Dr. Regenass has given me my life back, and I am forever grateful. I am coming back for future procedures, as I know that I will be well taken of. Therefore, I highly recommend Pacific Lipo. Shoutout to Kyla, Nurse Drea, Amanda, and Dr. Heidi Regenass. They treat you like family.

I had surgery with Dr. Guttikonda August 30th. Lipo and BBL. Where do I start. Since the moment I called in for my consultation appointment this office has been phenomenal! Each and every staff member I have interacted with has been top notch. Never got the feeling that they were ONLY after money like most places. Not 1 question I had went unanswered (I had a TON of questions).Stephanie was AMAZING! She definitely went way above and beyond since day 1. Nurse Amanda was also amazing. She was caring, understanding and most importantly made sure I was comfortable. Now to Dr. G! Since the moment he walked in I knew he was the Dr. I wanted. He made me feel extremely comfortable.This man has magic hands. When I tell you he did his thing on me.... I didn't even have to tell him what I wanted. He knew exactly what I was looking for.
