Dr. Compoginis performed my tummy tuck procedure 30 days ago and I am beyond pleased with my results! Not only he did an excellent job and completely transformed me, he was super caring and warmhearted and my safety was his top priority !! he was also very attentive during my post op in making sure my recovery was going well. I do plan on getting more work done and we will be my surgeon! Highly recommended!!
I’m so happy with my results already and I’m only a few weeks out. They say I still have swelling even if it remained the same I would be SO happy! I wish I would of done this years ago. Recovery hasn’t been to bad. Had surgery on Thursday and back to work on Monday with soreness that’s controlled with Tylenol. My surgery was in the Beverly Hills office with Dr.Compoginis but I’ve been able to have my labs and most of my follow ups in San Diego. Both offices have amazing staff. Thank you Pacific Lipo!

Dr. Compoginis is an amazing surgeon who gave me phenomenal results. I've had 2 rounds of major plastic surgery that I needed after -135 lbs weight loss. He's dedication to his patients is truly remarkable. Not only did Dr. Compoginis provide exceptional surgical results, but he also showed great compassion and support throughout the entire process. His expertise and attention to detail made a significant difference in my overall experience. I'm grateful to have found such a skilled and caring surgeon like Dr. Compoginis. His after-care support is top tier and it is what I think set's him apart from others. His proficiency in plastic surgery, especially in cases like mine after significant weight loss, is truly commendable. Dr. Compoginis has such an excellent team supporting him, especially with Jo as the office manager. It's clear that the entire staff in Newport is dedicated to providing exceptional care and making the journey as seamless as possible. This level of professionalism and attentiveness further underscores Dr. Compoginis's commitment to his patients' well-being. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking outstanding surgical care and results.
Been going here for awhile now (lipo, breast lift) Dr. Compoginis is really good and very friendly and understanding. The staff are all great. I'll continue going here. Have/ will recommend to friends!!
How do I start! I looked for a surgeon for years. I had multiple consultations with doctors in the OC area then I decided to go to LA. When I met with Dr. Compoginis, I knew that I was in good hands. The initial consultation was for abdominoplasty. I had a lot of stretch marks and felt so insecure about my body. He gave me a realistic expectation of the outcome. We talked about the scarring and healing process. He performed an abdominoplasty in October 2020, and I was so pleased with the results that I returned for a breast augmentation in March 2021. I mentioned I wanted to have the size of my breast proportionate to my body. I am only 5’4 and weight 114. He suggested the implants size 250 cc, under the muscle with breast fold incision. From the beginning, Dr. Compoginis was very professional. He was compassionate and caring. He reduced my stress and answered all my questions. His staff is also warm and attentive. Everyone from Christina, the staff coordinator, and the nurses that assisted both surgeries Christina, Renee, Alexis, Haley and Tonia. They were all kind and made me feel very safe. The Service is impeccable. They responded quickly to all my questions. The office in LA is clean and organized and I highly recommend anyone to Dr. Compoginis for his professional expertise. I’m thrilled with my surgical result. I am so grateful! I love my new body. This experience changed my life. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Compoginis is by far the best doctor I have ever had. I've been to him several times for Botox as well as consultations for future work. He also did an eyelid and eyebrow lift on a good friend of mine with amazing results. He's professional, gentle, and friendly- I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr Compoginis is awesome! He treated me with Kybella for the fat on my neck and chin and it totally worked. Im very happy I went to see him. He is very professional and made me feel very comfortable. He also has a very gentle hand when giving injections. I've had 3 treatments and noticed the difference on the very first 1. I cant wait to finish my treatment of Kybella!!
I had a liposuction procedure with Dr. John Compoginis in September of 2020. I originally found him through a surgery location in San Diego who provided me with a quote. I contacted him directly and communicated with Claudia from there. She asked to see the quote from the San Diego location and they gave me the same exact quote. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience and regret choosing Dr. Compoginis for my procedure. On the second day after my surgery, I noticed right away that I had light pink tender spots on my abdomen as seen in the first picture. When I met with Dr. Compoginish on the 3rd day for my first follow-up visit, he said they were bruises- and of course I believed him. I had a lot of fluid in my upper abdomen where I have the incision and also right below my belly button. It was so much that it sounded like I had a water bottle inside me. When I got up from the bed I would feel the fluid moving and I could also hear it. During that first follow up visit, Dr. Compoginis didn't want to remove the fluid although I asked. He said he didn't want to poke me. I now realize he simply didn't want to deal with it and took no action. He wanted to see me for my second follow-up in a month. Due to miscommunication with his staff, I was never able to schedule my second visit. Those pink areas that he said were bruises never went away and turned very dark. The dark areas feel thick and bumpy. I tried getting in contact with the doctor as the marks were not going away. The doctor failed to communicate with me. I finally saw him at his new location after back and forth communication with Claudia. They went on to explain that they never got back to me because she was no longer employed at the previous office and he was in the process of relocating. (As if that should hold him back from communicating with his patients?) During my visit, he was so rude, did not take any accountability, and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. He spoke to me as if I was incompetent and laughed at my concerns. As he analyzed the area he claimed it was hyperpigmentation because of my skin tone and because I am Latina. He prescribed me bleaching cream and wanted to follow up with me after a month. I would never in my right mind step foot in this arrogant doctors office again. I've had consultations with different doctors and dermatologists for my dark marks, and I have found that these marks were burns from the procedure. During that last visit, he told me that I should be happy with how I look now as he removed so much fat and I looked nothing like this before. (I sure did not look botched, if that's what he was implying.) My lipo is so bad that I require a revision. He was so aggressive below my belly and it shows. My incisions from the surgery were so misaligned, which shows there was no attention to detail and makes me wonder how I was positioned during surgery. Since It appears that I was not positioned straight, there is no symmetry. One hip looks higher as he took more from the other. Not only do I have a bulge that formed from encapsulated seroma, but also these thick dark marks that won't go away. He charged me $8,000 for just abdomen, sides, and back- no transfer. I had better quotes, but I was in need of a quick appointment that I decided to move forward with this doctor. His quick availability should've been a red flag from the beginning. He was the only doctor I came across that was available so soon. I am sharing my experience because I would highly suggest reconsidering choosing Dr. Compoginis for your procedure as he is not a good choice. I would recommend going to someone who is more established and has a real team to guide you through the process. I recently took a friend to her surgery appointment and the difference in care before and after was astronomical. Please do your research and make sure you trust your doctor. Look at reviews and their social media following. All I have to say is that I am so disappointed with Dr.Compoginis and Claudia for putting all of the blame on me and making lies to protect themselves. I went through this procedure to feel better about my body, but unfortunately, I was left with burn marks and results that have made me more insecure.
Thank you for your question as many others who have injured their nose have wondered the same! Because it has been quite some time since your injury, any broken bones or fractured cartilage is well healed now and the skin envelope of your nose has adjusted to its new framework. To correct the deviation you would likely need an open rhinoplasty with osteotomies and a septoplasty. A CT scan might be helpful to determine exactly what is going on but it is not am absolute necessity. The bottom line is yes… your nose can be corrected. It will just take some work by an experienced plastic & reconstructive surgeon.
Each patient will recover from rhinoplasty surgery at differing rates. Most people can expect several months of slowly resolving edema (swelling). The tip of the nose is notorious for this because the skin is much thicker in this area and it’s gravity dependent. Usually dramatic decreases in the edema occur early (within 2-8 months post-op) while small decreases continue to occur even after 12 months much like your sister. Other factors to consider when predicting recovery time is the extent of the surgery performed. More intraoperative maneuvers and longer operative times will generally translate into more edema and a longer recovery.
Although every patient will react differently, in general, Kybella injections without local anesthetic can cause immediate burning and pain tolerable to most people. Localized edema (swelling) in the area usually begins within 24 hours and can last for several days to weeks. Soreness and tenderness to touch will usually last the longest and can take anywhere from several weeks to several months to completely resolve. I recommend Kybella injections be performed by physicians with comprehensive facial anatomical knowledge.
