I’ve always heard people say “injectors” matter- BTW he’s a Dr, and I agree! I’m glad I took my time & did my research. Dr. D recommended some other treatments he thinks I would benefit from for maintenance and keeping my results longer LOVED THAT. He was super nice, extremely knowledgeable, and talked me through everything- wasn’t nervous or painful at all.

Dr. DeGironemo is truly the best in the game. I’ve been an aesthetics rep for the past 8 years for a medical-grade skincare & injectables company so it takes alot to impress me. I’ve seen it all- there is no question on his knowledge and talent. It supersedes what I’ve seen in my experience over the years. Not only is he an expert in facial anatomy, but he is incredibly knowledgeable in recommending appropriate products and procedures to achieve the results I desired. When I first came to him as a patient seeking Botox and Filler in Dallas, TX, he completed a full facial analysis on me. I’ve never had a provider spend that much time with me during a consult explaining my anatomy and the steps required to reach my desired result. He used a technique and product that was for ME, which was super important since my previous experience resulted in being overfilled and filler migration. His technique and expertise really showed- zero downtime, minimal swelling, just flawless results :)

I had such a great experience with Dr. DeGironemo! This was my first experience with botox & filler so I was pretty nervous, but Dr. D made me feel comfortable by explaining what the process would look like, answering all of my questions, and by sharing his knowledge and making recommendations based on what he felt would complement my facial structure.

I got lip filler during my first appointment and absolutely loved they results. I went in for a second appointment a few weeks later for a bit more lip filler as well as botox for my forehead lines & frown lines. It's been two weeks since my appointment and I've gotten more complements on my skin in the last 2 weeks than I've gotten in the last 2 years!

I was too nervous to get anything done because we’ve all heard horror stories. Post day 1of getting fillers, I felt that I’ve made a mistake (which apparently is normal after your first time getting anything done). After 2-3 days, I was absolutely OBSESSED with the work Dr. Louis performed. A month later and I’m still obsessed and want to return back.

I trust him and his work with my life, will not see anyone else as he does very natural work. He’s gentle, patient, friendly and not to mention he’s educated - a real, true doctor that knows the anatomy and not just put needless in your face. He has an incredible eye for facial balance and aesthetics.

I could not have had a better experience getting my lips done with Dr. Lou!!! I have gotten my lips done with 2 other RNs at another popular location and Dr. Lou was by far the best experience. He asked me what I wanted to achieve and the results came out perfect! I wanted them to look natural, but I didn't have much balance on my upper lip. He fixed that completely. It was also the least painful experience that I have had with filler. I got more filler this time and still can hardly see any bruising when the other times I got a half syringe, I had a lot of bruising that I couldn't cover. His team is so friendly and made me feel very comfortable right away. The place is very nice and you truly feel like you're in the BEST hands. He has very clear and helpful after care instructions. I will definitely be making Dr. Lou my go-to for all my beauty needs!!
