Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. I was greeted by the friendliest staff and the most beautiful office. It smells like a five star hotel spa. I was so nervous and the doctor spent so much time with me discussing where I currently am for my age in the aging process, what is happening to my face and skin and also created a long term strategy with me. Dr. Degironemo was kind and compassionate and very knowledgeable. I underwent Botox and fillers for my immediate correction today as explained to me and then underwent the helix C02 laser for my skin laxity and sun damage. They numbed me for a long time and I was very comfortable which was surprising. It took about a week to fully recover and I’m blown away with the results. Everyone that has seen me has told me I look 20 years younger. I can’t even believe the results he was able to achieve non surgically. I have so much more confidence and I can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror. My skin looks incredible from the laser. I highly recommend anyone in dallas looking for an expert in this field to see Dr. DeGironemo and the team at OMNI SCULPT MD. I won’t be going anywhere else.

I had such a great experience with Dr. DeGironemo! This was my first experience with botox & filler so I was pretty nervous, but Dr. D made me feel comfortable by explaining what the process would look like, answering all of my questions, and by sharing his knowledge and making recommendations based on what he felt would complement my facial structure. I got lip filler during my first appointment and absolutely loved they results. I went in for a second appointment a few weeks later for a bit more lip filler as well as botox for my forehead lines & frown lines. It's been two weeks since my appointment and I've gotten more complements on my skin in the last 2 weeks than I've gotten in the last 2 years! I was too nervous to get anything done because we’ve all heard horror stories. Post day 1of getting fillers, I felt that I’ve made a mistake (which apparently is normal after your first time getting anything done). After 2-3 days, I was absolutely OBSESSED with the work Dr. Louis performed. A month later and I’m still obsessed and want to return back. I trust him and his work with my life, will not see anyone else as he does very natural work. He’s gentle, patient, friendly and not to mention he’s educated - a real, true doctor that knows the anatomy and not just put needless in your face. I could not have had a better experience getting my lips done with Dr. Lou!!! I have gotten my lips done with 2 other RNs at another popular location and Dr. Lou was by far the best experience. He asked me what I wanted to achieve and the results came out perfect! I wanted them to look natural, but I didn't have much balance on my upper lip. He fixed that completely. It was also the least painful experience that I have had with filler. I got more filler this time and still can hardly see any bruising when the other times I got a half syringe, I had a lot of bruising that I couldn't cover. His team is so friendly and made me feel very comfortable right away. The place is very nice and you truly feel like you're in the BEST hands. He has very clear and helpful after care instructions. I will definitely be making Dr. Lou my go-to for all my beauty needs!!
