My experience with Dr.D was wonderful. He was kind, he listened to my goals, he educated me on what he would recommend to achieve my ascetic enhancement goals and we agreed on a plan together. Working with him was my first ever lip injection so I was nervous but Dr.D was so patient and had a very soft touch, his technique on my top lip helped me achieve the look I was going for. He balanced my features and left me with a natural plum, exactly what I wanted. I will continue to see Dr.D for all future ascetic needs.

My first experience with Dr. DeGironemo was simply amazing. I have suffered from severe muscle pain in my neck and shoulder for years. I was having a particularly awful week and started looking for a doctor with the hope of getting pinpoint injections. I made an appointment and WOW! He marked every place on my neck and back that hurt and walked me through what to expect. I have had a lot of pinpoint injections over the last few years and I can say without hesitation, I have never received injections that resulted in me being pain free. I am not just better but 100% pain free. I was so impressed, I went back for botox injections. Again, 100% satisfied. I am so tired of dealing with traditional healthcare providers, where convenience and courtesy are a thing of the past. From beginning to end, this experience was great. Courtney is a pleasure to deal with and suggested two skin products I will never be without. Both Dr. DeGironemo & Courtney do such a great job of providing an environment of relaxation and comfort with professionalism and best of all RESULTS. I cannot recommend this practice strongly enough!!

Shout out to Dr. D- absolutely love my lips! They turned out so good, this was my first experience getting my lips done! I’m just so impressed, I’ve gotten a TON compliments and I’m just so happy! I’ve always heard people say “injectors” matter- BTW he’s a Dr, and I agree! I’m glad I took my time & did my research. Dr. D recommended some other treatments he thinks I would benefit from for maintenance and keeping my results longer LOVED THAT. He was super nice, extremely knowledgeable, and talked me through everything- wasn’t nervous or painful at all.

I had some wrinkles that I worried would become more noticeable with age. I wanted to get Botox as a preventative measure and Dr. Lou will forever be the only person I trust for any cosmetic procedures. His extensive knowledge and professionalism set him apart from all other providers in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. The OMNI Sculpt MD office is immaculate and incredibly luxurious in comparison to other med spas that I have visited in Dallas. Dr. Lou is always very attentive and communicates effectively to achieve your overall results. I have a small fear of needles so I was unsure how I would react seeing them around my face. I didn't say anything to Dr. Lou, but he noticed quickly and took extra care to ensure that I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. I continue to recommend everyone to OMNI Sculpt MD. There is not a better med spa location in Dallas and no other provider like Dr. Lou!

I don't have enough good things to say about every experience I have had with Dr D. I started out a Botox virgin and he took his time getting me comfortable. He explained everything so well. He was very comforting. He work is virtually painless. He walks you through it all step by step! I recently, after going to him for the past two years for Botox only, tried filler in my lips. IT LOOKS SO NATURAL and didn't hurt at all. Lips and face lookingFRESH!!!

Such a great experience. Really appreciated and respected the fact he is honest about what is needed to obtain the look you want. I came from a lady who gave you what you wanted regardless of symmetry or detail and preciseness as Doc was. Hands down recommend!

I was too nervous to get anything done because we’ve all heard horror stories. Post day 1of getting fillers, I felt that I’ve made a mistake (which apparently is normal after your first time getting anything done). After 2-3 days, I was absolutely OBSESSED with the work Dr. Louis performed. A month later and I’m still obsessed and want to return back.

I trust him and his work with my life, will not see anyone else as he does very natural work. He’s gentle, patient, friendly and not to mention he’s educated - a real, true doctor that knows the anatomy and not just put needless in your face. He has an incredible eye for facial balance and aesthetics.

I have had my lips done with a full syringe and forehead preventative botox with Dr. DeGironemo, at Omni Sculpt MD Medspa. My entire experience at Omni Sculpt MD has been really outstanding and I am so happy to have found such a talented Doctor to take care of any beauty enhancements I need done. I truly feel in the best hands because of his extensive experience and knowledge.

He listened to what I wanted and made sure I got the natural result I was looking for while still helping me fix some symmetry in my face and gave me such amazing results. He is very careful with his work and it made me feel very comfortable. I am happy with how the small changed have changed my look to help me feel more confident and beautiful.

First off, full disclosure. I'm one of those people that research, read reviews and spend hours browsing before/after photos. I turned 50 this year and I knew I needed filler in the right places as well as botox maintenance. To tell you how committed I am when it comes to picking the right doctor, I live in Aubrey and I literally drove to this doctor in Dallas. I wanted the best for my 50th and I wanted to look good. Let me be clear. This doctor is amazing. I knew he was board certified and that was important to me but I have to truly say he's gifted. He understands bone structure and how to lift areas that will shape your face beautifully and most importantly naturally. I swear to God after about 2 weeks post appt, I had my 50th bday and everyone said I looked 35! I can't say enough about Dr. DeGironemo and his staff and I am hooked for life. He's truly amazing and gifted. A big 5 stars across the board for me!! Thank you Dr. D and team for taking such great care of me!!!
