CLAIM YOUR PROFILEAfter years of research I decided on getting the Lumenis Total FX done for my acne scars. I was referred to Dr. Bob by a Lumenis representative named Patrick Dempsey. So I traveled to Scottsdale from Salt Lake City to get the procedure. It's been 6 months and my acne scars have barely improved and I actually have surgical scars that make me more insecure then my acne scars. I made a big mistake choosing Dr. Bob and I do not believe he even tried to do a good job. Such a horrible experience. Please do NOT let him anywhere near your skin!!!
