Dr. Ortiz is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in Plastic Surgery that was born and raised in Puerto Rico, making him one of the few Plastic Surgeons, fully bilingual in Spanish and English in NC. He served in the US Army until his retirement and found a home in the city of Raleigh, NC.
