Dr. Rankin and his staff make me feel like I am at a spa. Their collective attentiveness and accommodating nature melts away any anxiety I may have around procedures that are not always known for being comfortable. During said procedures, the painlessness continues to pleasantly surprise me. His bedside manner is always humble, knowledgeable, honest and approachable. If you haven't already, book your consultation! You're welcome.
Great experience. Everyone knew what they were doing. I had what seemed like a full facelift. People mentioned I looked refreshed and rested. The recovery wasn't that challenging. Note: More assistance needed as to who to go to regarding where to obtain pre-op testing close to home and what to expect in terms of the request and timing needed. Especially for clients who have Kaiser.
Dr Rankin and his staff are amazing! Always very supportive, informative and compassionate. And the quality of Dr Rankins work is impeccable. My procedure had zero complications, post operative care was thorough and the results are perfect!
I had a lower facelift. The procedure went great and the aftercare was wonderful. Dr Rankin is easy to speak to and is very patient about answering all your questions. I would highly recommend him. The staff is always courteous and so helpful.

...read moreBoth my husband and I are very pleased with both the nose and face lift. My husband is constantly looking at me, and commenting on how great I look and young. He wanted to give Dr. Rankin a 15 out of 10! The results far exceeded my expectations. I keep telling Dr. Rankin how he made me look as young as our daughters. We are very happy with the result. Took me years to make the decision, but so happy I did.
Dr. Rankin spent a lot of time explaining the procedures and results. At one point right after the surgery, he spent about a half hour assuring me that all my swollen features would heal. The staff made themselves available to answer any questions and assure me that my face would return to normal but look refreshed. Two months later, I am thrilled with the results and based on comments I have received from loved ones, the operation turned back the clock at least ten years.
From start to finish Dr Alcock and DrRankin were extremely detailed in their questions as to what I wanted out of the procedures, how I was feeling, what I thought, answered all of my questions, explained in detail what was happening regrading recovery, lumps, etc. The literature they gave me, one for each procedure with pre and post op was very detailed as to what I was expected to do to be sure the outcome would be the best possible.
Dr Rankin and his entire team are fantastic! Very professional, responsive and trustworthy. Cosmetic surgery is never without some anxiety and they quickly put me at ease. I had complete confidence in them and still do.
