The criteria for sleeve gastrectomy is a BMI of 40 or greater or a BMI fo 35 or greater with at least one medical problem related to obesity.

Unfortunately you do NOT qualify for sleeve gastrectomy.  The criteria for sleeve gastrectomy is a BMI greater than 40 or a BMI greater than 35 with at least one medical problem related to obesity.  You do qualify for the gastric belly balloon.  You need a BMI between 30 - 40 to qualify for this procedure.  I recommend you follow these guidelines that are the standards in the USA. In foreign countries they will perform the surgery on anyone willing to pay.
