Obera balloon a big and dangerous mistake

I wanted to lose 40 lbs and was having trouble. I went to the Fairfield office and got the obera balloon. It was six thousand dollars. The balloon was supposed to be in place for 6 months. It was a horrific experience from day one. You are supposed to follow their guidelines with eating.I was in so much pain with the balloon protruding from my stomach there was back pain and nausea that felt like it was overfilled. I was basically bed ridden for 3 months and could barely eat. you could tell the weight loss was loss of a lot of muscle. I looked horrid, dehydrated and yes I lost almost 40 lbs. in 3 months. After 3 months I became so ill and was rushed to the emergency room with pancreatitis. They had to remove the balloon. It was pressing on my pancreas. That could explain the excruciating pain. There was no compensation for this and 2 months later I had gained back 20 lbs because this was not real weight loss. It was dehydration and muscle loss. And six thousand dollars down the drain.I am a registered nurse and this was a big mistake.
