I went to the Boca Raton location (Bianca Somers is there on Fridays) while I was in town visiting family. When I say this is the best experience / results I have ever had w injectables, I am not exaggerating. Bianca is a pro! She takes time to assess you, listens to what your are trying to achieve and then injects you with the utmost precision and care. She is so detail oriented and really takes the time to ensure everything she does is absolutely perfect. Her techniques and her knowledge is superior as is her bedside manner. I feel/look amazing! I cannot recommend Bianca and New Radiance enough !

This for the Fort Lauderdale location. I received surgery in July 2024 that absolutely disfigured me. About 8 months afterwards, I received a legal letter from New Radiance saying they were ending our patient/client relationship. I had never threatened legal action on them or anything. I cannot get them on the phone or to respond to an email no matter how hard I try. I leave negative reviews on Google and Yelp and the owner cheerily responds: contact us so we can resolve this! So I try and I try and they refuse to respond to me. I will be disfigured for life. Do not go here unless you want your life ruined and for them to never contact you again. The only nice part is the nurse Heather. She's really sweet. But the whole practice refuses to take responsibility for what they've done (and I blame this on ownership over the doctors). How hard is it to respond to a patient? I even have MailTracker so I've seen them open my emails more than 37 times. They just will not respond to me. Do not go here!!!! RUN!
