I'm 42F and noticing a lot of redness and capillaries on my skin. I went to avani to ask about facial peels but was recommended a treatment with the V beam laser first. I came on here and read horror stories about pain and bruising that wouldn't go away so I was pretty nervous. Brittlyn was my laser specialist and she couldn't have been nicer or more professional. She said I might need up to 4 treatments but told me I only really needed 1/2 my face done (nose, cheeks), which saved me some $$ and I really appreciated her honesty. She explained the procedure and made sure I had no questions then we got started. The laser doesn't feel great, but I did not experience much pain. The light that comes with it can be seen even through the special glasses they put on you and that was honestly more annoying to me. I already see some results. So far I have no bruising or swelling, but it's not 24 hours yet so we'll see, maybe a little redness. No pain. I will continue to update this as my treatment progresses. I will be having a Glow Peel in a few weeks and then another Vbeam session a week later. So far I'm impressed!

Frontenac location today for filler/Botox with Shannon. She is my go to for this & besides being a real sweetheart, she is also very knowledgeable & competent at her job. The entire staff at this location & the Des Peres location, are always pleasant & helpful.

From start to finish the level of care, skill,patient education and interaction I received was profoundly above other medical professionals I have been treated by or know in a work capacity. The well-roundeness of this practice is obvious. They think of every detail to promote a positive patient outcome. They are accessible, enthusiastic and accommodating. There are many well-trained plastic surgeons,however, Dr. Nayak commands a pleasant disposition and intrinsic gift beyond technique. He is a master in his craft. Well worth the trip to St. Louis!

The waiting room was clean and welcoming. I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist. Abby roomed me. She was very professional and friendly. Jen, my nurse injector, was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions before treating me. She is highly trained and experienced. I didn’t feel like just another patient. You can tell all the girls love what they do!

I had been going to Jen for years- getting botox, some filler, and even a little under eye Co2. I recently moved and my goodness has it made me appreciate her even more! I knew she was the best, but I never realized how far ahead from others she was until I had to try to find someone new! Her eye for exactly where to place botox or filler, the way she does it so I never bruised, and her all around sweet energy is something I really love! She is such a great person and her skill for making you look and feel great cannot be matched! I am thinking about moving back just so I can keep going to her!

After years of dislike of the bump on my nose, I felt ready to move forward with a rhinoplasty in 2019. Dr. Nayak was incredible. He was patient in answering all of my questions beforehand, and made me feel incredibly comfortable. The day my splint came off, I was initially shocked at how swollen my nose was and wondered if I had made a mistake; however, just as Dr. Nayak explained, the swelling came down significantly over the next few weeks and subtle changes started to show over the next weeks and months. Dr Nayak worked a miracle! About 20 yeas ago I had a rhinoplasty to decrease a hump on my nose and make it more narrow. My nose owned my face! As the swelling went away I could tell something wasn't right. After a small correction by the same KC surgeon I decided it was better than I had before and I could live with it. Fast forward 20 years and a bad job only gets worse with time. Over time my nose became more and more crooked. It became impossible to take a photo without posing from a certain side or going through an edit. Many were just deleted because I couldn't stand the sight of it. Finally it was time to fix it. I couldn't stand it any longer. Only so much contouring could be done with makeup. I was terrified of the decision to go back for more surgery but felt confident I found the right doctor. Enter Dr Nayak! I watched him on social media and read reviews like crazy before contacting him. I am so glad I did! 6 months out and still some swelling but WOW my nose is straight and gorgeous, FINALLY! Breathing is getting better but still stuffy. I am a mega sweller to begin with and revisions take a little longer for swelling to go down. To be clear, especially with revisions, it can be tricky and 100% perfection is never promised. Managing my expectations, Dr Nayak humbly and honestly only expected about 85% improvement. My nose was a mess and he basically rebuilt it from scratch. He took cartilage from behind my ear. I would say he well exceeded the 85%. My nose is gorgeous! While we still have a little way to go for refinement (Can take up to a year) Everything looks beautiful!! Thank you Dr Nayak, another nose by Nayak! I will work on getting pictures posted in the next few weeks!

I had IPL done with Emily with amazing results after just one treatment. She was kind, knowledgeable, and professional and explained everything thoroughly. She made herself available afterwards and checked in on my healing/progress. I recommend this office and Emily.

Shannon is the BEST My lips have never looked better. Nice and plump but very natural, the absolute perfect shape and fullness. I could not be more impressed. I am beyond happy with my results! I am in the beauty industry as well and feel so confident showing off my new lips!
