Dr Siragusa and his staff are AMAZING!! I came from out of state to see him and very pleased with my results. I had been battling varicose vein’s for 10 years and they were getting worse and more painful. With one quick and easy procedure, my varicose veins are gone. The procedure itself took less than 30 min, virtually painless, and NO DOWNTIME!

Dr. Siragusa and his staff were amazing! I am VERY pleased with my results. I traveled from Paducah, KY and will definitely be making any future visits to his office. Beyond happy overall. I cannot thank him enough for the confidents I regained after having this procedure.
I had several spider veins and varicose veins that I have dealt with for many years. Dr Siragusa as able to quickly diagnose my problem and come up with a treatment plan after the ultrasound. Once my insurance approved it, he performed to laser ablation on my veins. After that my legs felt much better and my varicose veins were much smaller. Dr. Siragusa and his incredible staff were fun, informative and VERY hands on and kind. It is rare to meet cool and connected physicians and he is one of them. Great music was playing in the treatment room- the staff was conservative in their approach and the team is top notch- i will be back again!

Wonderful experience with Dr. Siragusa and his wonderful staff. Welcomed by the office staff as soon as I walked in. Amber (his lead nurse) injected botox and juviderm ultra on my lips. She is GREAT!! She has been injecting for 14 years, and she is amazing. I highly recommend this office:)))
Amazing Experience, Great Results
I visited Dr. Siragusa's office to have filler injections in my lips and worked with Dr. Siragusa's nurse practitioner, Amber Cruth. My experience was wonderful - I loved the end result and the service was second to none! I would highly recommend this office and, more particularly, Ms. Cruth for any filler injections - a painless visit in every sense of the word!
I had my first treatment on November 12th. We are now at the 2 week mark and so far I'm unsure if it's working.

Not only are they bruised but I have more varicose veins that have popped up since the procedure and severe restless leg syndrome.
