CLAIM YOUR PROFILEI've never actually met Dr. Michels this review is more about his practice and his staff, which was annoyingly horrible. I decided to get several consultations for a mommy makeover. I saw him on Instagram (I should have known better). I had a lot of trouble scheduling my initial consultation. Had to call them numerous times before reaching the scheduler. They were very quick to take my $200.00 consultation fee but then failed to return it back to me in such a manner once I cancelled a couple weeks later (I decided to go with another surgeon). In order to get my $200.00 refund I had to call, leave messages, and spoke to two separate receptionists. I was finally then able to get refunded!
