This is my review for breast augmentation implant exchange. Precious saline implants of 390+ that I had done in 1995. Upgraded too 600cc SSM moderate profile gummy implants. I do hope that I don’t wish I had gone bigger but right now they look great. Procedure went great with no issues at all with no pain. Looking forward to seeing them completely healed. I needed the upgrade none the less and I did this totally for me!As an incentive for posting a review, this reviewer received an entry into RealSelf’s monthly $500 gift card giveaway. Updated on 30 Dec 2021: So it has been 2 weeks and I go for my follow up today. I so wish I was so exited but unfortunately they aren’t what I had truly wanted. They are large with great cleavage but I lost projection by going with moderate instead of HP implant. I listened to my physician and wish I had pushed harder for what I truly wanted. I know they say they go with what’s best for your body but I do feel I could have done HP. I pray that I can start to truly love and enjoy them and they will look great in a bathing suit but who wears a bathing suit everyday all day. I miss projection and I only have myself to blame. Maybe one day I will truly embrace them since it is doubtful to have the money again to go have them redone. My advice, fight for what you want!
