CoolSculpting

Jeanine at Dr. Marisa Lawrence’s office in Atlanta did my procedure today. It was sooo easy! I had googled too many reviews and was very scared when I arrived. Jeanine answered all my questions and made me very comfortable. The CoolSculpting did not hurt at all. Even the short period of feeling very cold on my thighs did not hurt. Looking forward to great results!

I was unable to get the treatments that I paid for

Office Manager IS unethical. Dr Lawrence did not refund my $7000. Experience was good at the Christmas party when “Deals” we’re being given, but I was unable to get the treatments that I paid for because the death of my dad and Covid-19 timing constraints. Therefore, we were out approximately $7000 and unable to at least get a credit. If procedures are not done within a specific period of time Dr Lawrence KEEPS your money!! NO CREDIT OR REFUNDS. If she were to have known this situation (I think) she should have, at least, given us a refund. I was unable to discuss this with her because the office manager told me that she WOULD NOT get herself involved in financial situations. Very poor patient service!!

Aveli

Aveli

I got Aveli. The worst pain was the numbing and the cannula numbing. She injected two lidocaine shots which must have been diluted because it hardly burned. She then cut two incisions and inserted a cannula under my skin. This cannula ejected more lidocaine going up my butt and legs. It felt like a tugging but no sharp pain. Then she inserted the Aveli device. You can feel it going back and forth under the skin. You can feel tugging. Only two spots I could feel a sharp pain, so she injected more lidocaine so it was painless again. They gave me nitrous oxide which helped as well. Day one of my procedure my butt was numb for hours. The day after the procedure I was sore and can't sit directly on my butt for too long without pain. Day two it is sore, still hurts to sit directly on my butt. Updated on 7 Aug 2023: Updated on 7 Aug 2023: Updated on 9 Aug 2023: Feeling less sore. I’m able to sit down. Updated on 13 Aug 2023: I am a little over a week of recovery. I am feeling great. I have some painful parts on my butt, but massaging it will help this heal. It doesn’t hurt to sit no more. I see way less bruising. My stitches are healing, they are itchy. Overall I am feeling good. Ready to see the bruising go away so I can see my results fully. I am still wearing my compression garment. You are supposed to wear it a minimum of 2 weeks. Updated on 17 Aug 2023: I still see dimples on my butt. However, the ones under my butt on my legs are much better! I still have a few painful knots, so I have to keep massaging them out. My stitches are still healing as well. Updated on 18 Aug 2023: Updated on 18 Aug 2023: Sorry, please see before (first picture) and after picture. Updated on 9 Sep 2023:
