I got Aveli. The worst pain was the numbing and the cannula numbing. She injected two lidocaine shots which must have been diluted because it hardly burned. She then cut two incisions and inserted a cannula under my skin. This cannula ejected more lidocaine going up my butt and legs. It felt like a tugging but no sharp pain. Then she inserted the Aveli device. You can feel it going back and forth under the skin. You can feel tugging. Only two spots I could feel a sharp pain, so she injected more lidocaine so it was painless again. They gave me nitrous oxide which helped as well.
Day one of my procedure my butt was numb for hours. The day after the procedure I was sore and can't sit directly on my butt for too long without pain. Day two it is sore, still hurts to sit directly on my butt.

Feeling less sore. I’m able to sit down.

I am a little over a week of recovery. I am feeling great. I have some painful parts on my butt, but massaging it will help this heal. It doesn’t hurt to sit no more. I see way less bruising. My stitches are healing, they are itchy. Overall I am feeling good. Ready to see the bruising go away so I can see my results fully.
I am still wearing my compression garment. You are supposed to wear it a minimum of 2 weeks.

I still see dimples on my butt. However, the ones under my butt on my legs are much better!
I still have a few painful knots, so I have to keep massaging them out.
My stitches are still healing as well.
