Dr. James Murphy is a GMC-registered plastic surgeon based in Manchester, England. He is skilled in all face and body cosmetic procedures, but he has special expertise in mummy makeovers, breast enhancement, and rhinoplasty. His private practice, Manchester Plastic Surgery, features the Vectra 3D, a highly advanced simulation imaging system that helps patients visualise an accurate depiction of their surgery results. It is also one of the few UK-based plastic surgery practices to offer this technology. After earning his medical degree from Bristol University Medical School, Dr. Murphy received fellowship training at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He then went on to obtain his Master of Surgery degree for research at Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Buckinghamshire. In 2004, the same year he founded Manchester Plastic Surgery, Dr. Murphy was granted the position of consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Christie Hospital in Manchester. Mr Christopher David Jones is a Consultant Head and Neck plastic surgeon based in Liverpool, England, with additional commitments in Bangor Hospital, North Wales. His private practice is at Manchester Plastic Surgery in Manchester. At Manchester Plastic Surgery, he specialises in Facial Aesthetic surgery and Breast surgery. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2011. He achieved Distinctions in medical science, clinical science, and clinical practice, and was honored with the Harvey Minassian prize for outstanding academic achievement. His plastic surgery training took place in centres of excellence and major tertiary units in Scotland and Liverpool. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery in 2021. Following plastic surgery training, he was awarded the prestigious Newcastle Microsurgical Fellowship, where he spent an additional year learning advanced techniques in microsurgery, facial reanimation, sarcoma surgery and head and neck surgery.
