I recently had a face and neck lift by Christopher Jones.
The whole process from the initial consultation to the actual surgery was smooth and worry free.
Mr Jones was easy to talk to and put you at ease from the beginning of the process, but professional and knowledgeable throughout.
Nursing staff were attentive, friendly, and professional.
The administration staff were helpful and kind.
The procedure itself went smoothly and recovery was closely monitored and there were no issues whatsoever.
I am delighted with my results, although it is still early in the full healing process.

Went the extra mile in advising me on how to deal with botched botox that someone else has carried out (not at his practice). He took time out of his busy day to assist me and assuring me that the botched botox will wear off and the best treatment going forward

I cannot put into words the gratitude I have for this man. Ben picked up my case after no other surgeon would go near me. I foolishly had implant and uplift surgery abroad that led to necrosis requiring emergency surgery to remove an implant and a substantial amount of tissue and was then treated extremely poorly by a plastic surgeon in the UK which left me psychologically affected and in a position where I was in pain, physically botched and with nowhere to turn.

Ben operated on me in September and has given me my quality of life back - I no longer require a prosthesis, I can swim, I can wear clothing without limitation, I can now make plans for holidays etc with my children and am without the significant pain I was suffering.

With what he had to work with I was prepared to accept anything cosmetically as long as I wasn’t in pain and there might be a chance of limitations to my daily life reducing, but I can hand on heart say that the results have surpassed what I could have ever wished for or thought possible.

It transpired during surgery that the old implant has ruptured and wandered unknowingly so beyond owing Ben my quality of life, I may well owe him my actual life too.

From my first consultation I have been treated with nothing but kindness, support, and demonstrable efforts to go above and beyond for me. I have felt safe, cared for and confident in Ben’s (outstanding) skills the whole way through - he has reconstructed more than just the physical and I will be forever thankful.
