After years of struggling with being underweight and feeling insecure, I sought to improve my body. Despite gaining weight, I was disappointed with the development of man boobs and a less flat tummy. My first procedure abroad, including a BBL and gynecomastia surgery, initially seemed successful but left me wanting more volume in my chest. Working in medical aesthetics in NYC, I knew I needed...
It takes a lot to impress me, so I don't pen many reviews. Nevertheless, when I witness someone going the extra mile and when I receive value from my investment, I make it a habit to let others know. Sometimes in life, we are fortunate to meet truly inspiring people; people that genuinely care and want to make a positive difference. Moreover, these inspirational people faithfully live by the...
The heading my my review says it all...."Excellent Results Beyond My Wildest Expectations" At the age of 65 years old, I honestly didn't expect the results to be amazing...mesmerizing...incredible. But they were...and are. I never thought that I would have back the physique that I had at the age of 26. But at the age of 65, when I look in the mirror a 26 year old physique is reflected...
I am so glad I found Dr. Steinbrech. I had a male enhancement procedure done by him involving filler. His focus on men is what caught my attention, but my experience with him and his entire team is what led me to write this review. There's no doubt Dr. Steinbrech is skilled and understands the male body. His technique made that very clear. But what I appreciated even more was his personable,...
I went to consult with Dr S after a friend had gone to him and had a great result. Let me start by saying that everyone at the practice is extremely personable, laid back and knowledgable. Joe and Patrick are great people. Dr. S speaks like a man who has been doing this for a very long time. Listen to him, leave your ego at the door and watch the magic unfold. I went to Dr S to realize the...
A: The honest truth about your flanks.
After you have had a massive weight loss it’s clear that the skin on your tummy and your abdomen is going to be loose and saggy and absolutely needs to be touched.
However many times the tissues of the flagnk are misdiagnosed and both patients and doctors think that it’s only fat but it’s actually excess skin that has been stretched out because I have a muffin top from an additional 20 kg or 40 pounds.
The mistake is for the doctor and the patient to think if you suck out more faster than that one through the contour.
Unlike women, men will gladly trade and amazing results with a torso that looks like a 20 something-year-old for the incisions that are below their speedo line anyway.
It is a mistake to think that you can achieve this without punching out the excess skin on the love handles.
Just make sure that you look at the website of the surgeon to understand the techniques and make sure that they have as many before and Afters as possible for a 270 torso talk to be able to get the results that you want.
Good luck.
I hope this helps.
A: I see a lot of patients who have had surgery but have not had a complete transformation.
If you’re only treating part of the problem the final results will be less than desired.
In my practice we go for a total torso transformation which means the shoulders the chest and the thighs need to be addressed for a complete transformation.
In your case to complete this scenario and give you more masculine appearance we would need to do a BodyBanking quarterback butt lift which means we will take all of the fat from the two sides of the glutes, the outer thighs the saddlebags and the Flanks and then we bank those lipocells to add volume to have projection to your glutes to give them a more rounded speedo bubble butt.
Addition and subtraction with BodyBanking we can use the fat cells like the clay the master would use for sculpture to achieve your greatest results.
The greatest benefit of this is that postoperatively now that the fat cells have been transferred to the desired areas you can relax and enjoy a nice dessert and get greater projection from the food and carbohydrates that you’ve eaten right now go to enhancing the projection of your new Quarterback athletic glutes.
A: This is a typical body type that I see over and over again in my male plastic surgery practice.
This can be treated very effectively with BodyBanking by moving lipocells away from undesired areas such as your chest or your hips and isolating those cells and banking them back in for structure and volume to desired areas such as the upper chest, shoulders the traps and the biceps.
The power of lipocell transfer or fat grafting will give you a completely new silhouette for a total torso transformation and will allow you to enjoy dessert after dinner or a doughnut with breakfast because now the carbs from those foods will populate the cells that and have been transplanted to allow your shoulders to get big or your chest to raise up and your trapezoids to pop.
Make sure when you searching for your surgeon they have a lot of before and after photos particularly before photos that match your body type.
I hope this helps.
Good luck
A: Number one
The pec implant doesn't look
fake if it's custom carved to your anatomy and is done by an experienced
surgeon that has a lot of before and after photos on his website.
Number two
The implant won't be detected
if it's a done with the correct implant that is a semi-solid implant that is
not too hard as some of the companies and some of the products offer implants
that are very hard and are not consistent with normal pec muscle.
Number three
It is placed in between the
pec major and the pec minor so you will not have a flexing deformity or an
animation deformity when you flex your pec muscle, which is different than
females who have breast implants underneath the muscle. The pec implant does
not project as much as a breast implant.
Number four
You will be able to do chest
workouts afterwards, but you will have to wait a period of time and speak with
the surgeon about when and how aggressive to begin your workouts.
Number five
It will age very well and it
will age much better than if you would not have had the implant in at all.
The most important thing is to
go to an experienced surgeon where he can tell you all of the information and
he has lots of before and after photos on his website and lots of patients that
you could talk to you about this procedure.
Good luck
A: 1. The implants are placed in a SET of 6 or 8 depending on your own abdominal musculature.
2. They MUST be placed in a 6-8 individual pockets to make movement natural appearing.
3. Many of my patients diet and exercise but reach a wall and have been very happy with their new 6-pack
4. Abdominal 6-pack implants may be placed in Men or Women.
5. Do your homework and go to a ASAPS, Board-Certified Surgeon who has a lot of experience with Abdominal Implants and has patients who can tell you about their experience.
See the video link to see how natural they appear. I hope this helps!!! Good Luck!!
