I'm sorry to hear about your filler experience. Ultrasound is able to help identify dermal filler, even if it is not a discrete lump and for targeted ultrasound guided filler dissolve. We are located in Woodland Hills, CA and specialize in ultrasound-guided dermal filler dissolves. All my best, Dr. Shaden, Luminous Medical Aesthetics
Dermal fillers are easier to identify with ultrasound and MRI than on CT scan. Dermal filler is pretty subtle on CT scan and the tip of the nose is such a small and confined space, I'm not surprised it was not identified with CT scan. Ultrasound, in experienced hands, has the benefit of allowing real time guidance of the needle to do targeted dissolve. All my best, Dr. Shaden, Woodland Hills, CA
Is there a provider near your location performing ultrasound-guided filler dissolve? The targeted approach may help identify the problematic filler and give more successful and effective dissolve results. Best of luck, Dr. Shaden, Woodland Hills, CA
Based on the limited provided images, it does appear bluish and superficially placed filler is suspected (Tyndall effect). It is something that can improve/resolve with dissolve. Best of luck! Dr. Shaden, Woodland Hills, CA
