So Far So Good I had a series of 4 Emsculpt Neo treatments on my abdomen. Each treatment was 30 minutes, every 7 days. The treatments are not painful and left no red marks or bruising. There is heat involved. The Lifestyle Center Provider Barb was informative and advised me to drink plenty of water to flush out my system. They produce are intense feeling of muscle stimulation. From what I've read on RealSelf results occur weeks to months and are not instantaneous. That being said, it looks like I've lost about a half inch around my middle so far. I took measurements of my abdomen before starting and each week during treatments. I have definitely felt an tightening in my central core. I plan to keep taking measurements to see if it was worth it.

While I had hoped that this procedure would give me a flatter, firmer abdominal section it has not. It was a waste of time and money. It feel like it firming up your core ( abominable) while your getting the treatment. Results are supposed to occur over several months. For the record I've lost several ponds since the treatments.
I was excited about receiving the procedure once I had my consultation The visit was excellent the procedure burned a little but not unbearable. It’s day 5 & I’m only peeling on my chin I haven’t peeled as much as I thought I would & the areas I was most concerned about had very little peeling which were my T-Zone. The left side has not peeled at all & the right side & forehead very little hopefully I will get all over results & not just in certain spots. The areas that have peeled I can see clearer skin but now it’s like spots of clear skin & spots of hyperpigmentation which I feel like was a waste of money if it only target some areas & not the full face. Hopefully in a couple more days I get the results I paid for & was told I would get being that it’s still a few days left.
Tickle Lipo + Renuvion I went to the Lifestyle Center with Dr Moore to undergo tickle lipo + renuvion (& fat transfer but I’ll complete a separate review for that). I’m a mother of 3 (all c-section births) & my stomach looked like a kangaroo pouch, it was awful, & I hated shopping or clothes etc.
After my first procedure I saw definite positive results, but I wanted something more dramatic. So, after meeting with Dr Moore we agreed that revision lipo was a good option. I’m now on day 2 of the second procedure and I couldn’t wait to leave a review because I’m AMAZED at the results so far. I’m still swollen (it takes 2-3 months for swelling to subside), but my stomach already looks 100% better!! I almost cried when I took my garment off & saw my stomach without loose skin or the pouch anymore!!! As far as recovery, I’m already chasing my toddlers around & no longer need my pain medication. The procedure itself is uncomfortable, but it’s lipo suction, not a massage, so that’s just a part of the process. I wasn’t unbearable, and totally worth it.
I researched & met with multiple doctors in the STL area before choosing the lifestyle center, and I’m so happy with my decision. Dr Moore and his staff were so supportive and kind throughout this experience & I will continue to be a client going forward. (Already thinking about M-sculpting to perfect my look for swimsuit season!) They stand behind their work and values, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering making positive body changes.
I am holding off on adding photos until my healing process is complete so you can see the full results, but feel free to message me with questions!

Things are healing nicely & I’m happier with the results a little more each day! I still can’t believe that my “c-section shelf” is disappearing!!! I couldn’t be more satisfied. I will update in a month & will post before/after shots in a new post after 3 months.

Things are going great, but this is the scary part of the healing process, even though I know what to expect it’s still hard to see the changes my body is going through! Lumps/bumps/& swelling!! So I reached out to Dr Moore for reassurance & he made time to visit with me to make sure everything was still moving in the right direction. Communication with your Dr & his or her team are really important, it’s a process, & being patient is tough! I’m ready to see the final results! Lol

Just adding photos. Things are still healing, & it seems there’s some new swelling, but it’s still early! I started working out this week & have maintained a strict diet. I have to type 200 words to add an update so this sentence is just to meet that qualification.

My healing is mostly done & overall I am very satisfied! You can see the attached photos show an obvious change.
My advice is to be patient, follow the directions the doctor gives you (lots of water to reduce swelling!!!), and communicate if you star feeling nervous or uncertain about the process. Remember it is a process your body will need time to heal before you see major & permanent changes.
I’m going back for emsculpting to work on toning & overall appearance, wish me luck!!
Just Had Tickle Lipo Today - Saint Louis, MO Had tickle lipo this am at The Lifestyle Center Dr Moore in St Louis. I am 42, 5'0 133lbs. Had full abds done. Procedure itself, I opted for local with nitrous gas so I could drive myself home. All was fine until the nitrous tank ran out mid procedure. I had some pretty sever pain with the upper abs and began shaking from the pain. The Dr noticed the gas ran out switched tanks the started again. He removed 600cc of fat and said he was pleased with that. The nurse then bandaged me up. I was still a bit shakey from the pain. I didn't hurt much in the lower abds, just the upper was "burning" pretty bad. We applied compression garment which made a lot of pain bearable. Drove myself home and took a Vicodin. So far I am comfortable, but can feel some drainage coming through. Hope to have a good outcome but I know it will be several weeks.

Did not sleep well last pm. Hurting most of night. Woke up took soak and wet bandages off and took a shower. I do see the improvement already. I am very very sore and swollen with lots of hard lumps all over. I went for my first lymphatic massage and the lady told me I need to constantly massage those lumps. This is difficult because it hurts a lot. I'm hoping tomorrow it won't hurts as bad. I did get out and about today but walked very slow and getting up from sitting to standing was the worst. I had read all about the drainage the first 24 hrs but really didn't grasp how disgusting it was. I had an adult diaper on with peri pads over the five holes then a chux over that plus the comp garment. Had the change myself 3 times of being saturated with bloody fluids. It was literally pouring out the bottom 2 holes when I stood it. It was quite bad. So squeamish people this is not a good thing. Today I'm not draining anymore, just in pain.

Today was better but still in a lot of pain. It's the upper abs that hurt the worst. No more drainage. The lumps are pretty hard all over. I don't have a ton of bruising yet. Using Arnica cream twice a day.

Doing much better today. More of the lumps have went down. I have another lymphatic massage tomorrow. The compression garment is itchy but I'm getting use to it. Still very sore all over but went shopping today. I lost 2.5 lbs. I feel my stomach is looking so much better. I am very happy so far and I know it's going to keep getting better.

I am still in a fair amount of pain/deep soreness. Mostly with bending over. Puncture sites are closed. Still swollen but very little bruising. Wearing compr garment 23 hrs a day. I am pretty happy with results so far. I just wasn't expecting to still be this sore a week later!

Still sore with a few lumps but overall I am happy so far.
Updated on 2 Dec 2013:
Saw Dr last week. He said the lumpiness will get better and to keep massaging. I am still having a lot of soreness. I seriously did not think it would continue this long. If I leave the CG off I swell and have increased pain. Some days I wake up with my abds looking flatter, other days I think I almost looks pre lipo or very close to it. I am undecided if I'd ever recommend this or do this again. I almost don't think the soreness has improved any in the past 2 weeks.

I don't know what's going on but I look misshaped all of a sudden. It's gross.
Updated on 26 Jan 2014:
I am not happy with lack of results at this time. Still having deep soreness and some swelling at times. Saw Dr 2 days ago. My after pix actually look worse and very misshaped on my left side. He says I'm very fibrous and need to massage area daily to pull apart the fibers... Will follow up in 6 weeks. Right now I look worse for sure, because before I was just round and fat, now I'm lumpy and oddly shaped. I will keep trying to work those lumps out and see if it improves I guess.
28 and Have Always Struggled with Cellulite! I haven't made up my mind yet if I'm happy with the outcome. I do see results, which is great. My cellulite is definitely reduced. But I also have some wavy skin left on both sides and some discoloration/dark areas. Its hard to capture that in a picture though. The procedure wasn't too painful and the recovery was a breeze. We think the wavy areas/discoloration may go away with time, if so I think I will be much happier with my results.

Tummy Tuck or Liposuction - Saint Louis, MO Tummy tuck or liposuction. I have been debating what would be best for me as a single mother of 3 with limited help & it basically came down to the down time. I have been trying to get a consultation scheduled for the that few weeks & everywhere I call is booked up. I finally got an appointment with the lifestyle center 2/24/15. We discussed several different procedures and narrowed it down to tickle lipo. My target areas would the abdomen & flanks. Overall I was very impressed with the whole visit now I'm ready to schedule a date for the procedure.

So I spring a leak & wet my cg... Omg I was not ready 4what followed I had to change my pads & fluids were leaking everywhere it looked like a crime scene. I then managed to make it to my bed to lay on a pad until my mom came to rescue me. There's no way I could see anyone doing all this alone. I couldn't see the incisions & then I started to get light headed.

Everyday I end up swollen like a good year blimp but I have no pain. However I am still bruised pretty bad & I'm so tired of the cg but I have managed to wear it abt 2hrs per day. When I get up in the morning I take off briefly to look at my progress then I put it back on immediately following. After I get off I take off for abt 30min while I try to relax. Then I take off b4 bed to shower and massage. I have my 1st Venus freeze treatment tomorrow.

This was a very comfortable procedure & I absolutely loved it. It was extremely relaxing very similar to a ultrasound massage. The nurse put gel on me a massaged my treatment areas with a very warm device attached to a big machine. This works great... immediately following I have less bruising & little tenderness.

So i have been so busy with summer activities for the kids, vacation, birthday parties & now back to school stuff. I went in for my 3mo & i had lost 5lbs & lots of inches. Overall I am still pleased with my results but i do have a problem area that we are trying to see if will go down by the 6mo mark or if i will need a revision. This is the area right under my belly button. I love the way my clothes fit & how great they look on me. I am not 100% flat but i haven't been following my healthy diet & exercise regimen either. Once I get past my birthday & kids all start school i plan to do a lot better.
