From the photo, it looks like you might have ptosis of the left upper eyelid, and possibly also globe dystopia (left eyeball slightly lower than right eyeball). There are options for you, and an in-person evaluation would be really important.
Hello. The lower eyelid fat pads can be repositioned or debulked (or both) to correct a complication from prior surgery. This needs to be weighed against the risk of complications. An in-person evaluation would be essential.
Hello. It appears that you have asymmetric orbits. Without a facial photo, it's hard for me to truly assess, but you may actually have a hypoplastic sinus on the right. Orbital decompression can be used to move the globe, but it can cause complications including strabismus. It's something that should be discussed thoroughly during an in-person evaluation.
Hello. Your lower eyelid fat pads herniate, which is made more obvious by having prominent eyes. A filler can only cause more problems. You might benefit from a combination of eyelid fat debulking and repositioning, +/- midface lift to smoothen the eyelid/cheek transition.
