A: Hello, We suggest to take 3 weeks after surgery to make activities, and please avoid heavy activities in the moment and these are more advice from us;

Post Operation

1. The wound

- The patient is advised to avoid showering, and only sponge bathe.
- The surgeon removes stitches from the wound after five days after which the patient is instructed to clean it 1-2 times a day.
- Once the wound heals, scar removal cream can be used to remove the scar

2. Sleeping position

The patient is advised to rest on their back after post breast augmentation operation so as to ensure the implants are in perfect position especially during the initial days of healing.

3. Diet

Patients should eat a well-balanced diet and not preserved foods and also avoid drinking and smoking. They should take medications prescribed as instructed by surgeon

4. Intercourse

Patients can have sex as long as they keep off the breasts during the first week

5. Side Effects

Patients will experience some soreness, breast bruising, a bit of swelling and some breast sensitivity.

6. Dressing

Dressing regards the type of bra that you wear post operation. Patients are advised to wear bras all the time, day and night, especially for the first two weeks. The bra helps keep the implants and breast in perfect position. After the two weeks, you can be able to sleep without a bra.
