Stevie serves as our Patient Care Coordinator and is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician. With a passion for providing excellent customer service and educating patients about products, she strives to make each experience comfortable for our patients. She has extensive training with the ZO Skinhealth line and enjoys the process of easing patients into the beginning of their cosmetic journey. In her free time she enjoys kayaking, traveling and spending time with her two sons.

Annelise Carey is a licensed aesthetician and professional makeup artist. She began her professional makeup artistry career 10 years ago, working with brides, music entertainment and celebrity clientele. She is trained in Jane Iredale skincare makeup and also certified in dermaplaning, lash lifts, chemical peels and various other aesthetic treatments. In her free time, Annelise and her husband enjoy traveling and supporting local music.

Ginger is a native Texan and moved here 3 years ago with her husband, daughter and 2 yorkies. They have a son who played college baseball in Austin, TX and recently finished his last season. Ginger worked 8 years as a LPN on a trauma/surgical floor before returning to school where she achieved her Associate’s Degree in Nursing through Temple College in Texas in 2009 and is now working towards her Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing through the University of Texas in Arlington. In 2009, Ginger started her passion and love in the cosmetic surgery field assisting surgeons in cosmetic procedures. She is the lead injector at Image Surgical Arts’ Clarksville location. In her free time, she enjoys a good baseball game, working horses, horseback riding, and spending time at home with her family and pups.

Sheila is the lead injector at the Image Surgical Arts location in Murray, KY. She has remained on the cutting edge of injectable procedures (including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and Platelet Rich Plasma) and techniques delivering the highest quality results in the western KY market. Her attention to detail and artistic eye compliment her understanding for what her patients desire for their aesthetic outcomes. In addition to providing injectable treatments, she perform Microneedling, Plasma Pen and Hydrafacial treatments to patients throughout western KY and northwest TN.

Deanna serves as our Surgical Technologist as well as a Certified Medical Assistant. She has been in the cosmetic surgery industry since 2015. She is an avid Dolly Parton and Tennessee Volunteer fan. During her free time Deanna enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her husband and cats.
