Elite Body Sculpture AirSculpt (Inner Thigh/Leg)

WORTH IT

I had inner thigh and side of knees AirSulpting at Elite, Nashville after having a successful arm procedure there! I really like my Dr. (Dr. Harris). He doesn't push any medication I don't want which is awesome.

I did both arms and legs successfully without prescribed narcotics, with no pain and recovery is as easy as they say. I have not taken any Ibuprofen for my legs because I want the bruising to go away faster. I went to work on the 3rd day after for 5 hours. I stand 100% of the time so I knew to only work 1/2 day. I took off the weekend starting Friday and will be back fully Monday. I think a job where you're up and down you could go back in a couple of days and be fine.

I wore the compression they gave me, then switched to tighter ones the 2nd day after (Marena garments don't really compress much on me). I used the pads for only the first day and night then switched to bandaids the next day. There is a lot of swelling since the first photos were only 2 days after, but they're already 1/4" smaller at the top and knees!

Updated photos to show healing and smaller legs! One day less than being exactly 2 weeks. I definitely notice a difference, they’re looking longer and leaner! (Bruising looks bad because my job is standing for 8+ hours a day, but is not tender at all like a normal bruise.) Healing has still been quite easy and painless. I have been icing for 10 mins in the morning to help since I stand all day. They do swell at work but I just wear the stronger compression I wore even before my procedure and sleep in the Marena travel legging at night.

You're looking great. Ouch that bruising though, glad it's not as painful as it looks!

Hi there! Just wanted to see how long it took for the bruising to go away? Are you happy with your results. Your 2 weeks post op pics look great!

I just posted a 3.5 week update! It's still there but not bad (the overcast lighting/shadowing seem to show it a bit darker). I think it will take mine a little longer since I stand all day but I don't even pay attention to it anymore and would wear shorts if it were warmer out! If you're thinking of doing it I would say give 6 weeks to be sure it's gone.

Photo update. Of course still swollen, but notice at the very top you can see the wall shining through my thighs! Bruising is going away but I have a 100% standing job so I expected them to be bruises for a while. Knees are tender most of all. Not painful at all but still retaining fluid and feel like I overtrained or ran a far distance. Overall I would still rate as a painless experience and would recommend it to anyone!

Hi! Where did you get this done? I have VERY thick inner thighs and i'm a weightlifter i'm wondering if I can achieve smooth results and if working out after is okay? How long were you recovering for? How long did the procedure take and where did you go who's the dr?

Look up Elite Body Sculpture on Instagram. I went to their Nashville location. They'll be able to give you pricing but it's a little more pricey than traditional Lipo, but the benefit of not being put to sleep is totally worth it! I stand all day so my bruising & swelling lasted longer than normal but aside from light walking for 30mins a day for the first couple weeks, I put compression leggings and resumed exercise right after. You'll be able to get back to it gradually but wait the time recommended so you recover correctly. I need to update photos since it's been a full 6 months after. I say go in for a consult! I've never had my thighs not rub and they really don't now when I have any kind of compression or leggings on!
