How much was this procedure and how far down the inner thigh did they go?
May 13, 2022
They can go to your knee if you pay for that area as well but if not it stops just above your knee. They can send you a diagram of the approximate area if you want a better idea. The cost varies by the amount of fat removed, areas and used to start above $5,000 but I don’t know how much it would be now. I would probably expect to pay $6,000-$8,000 max.

Hi, which location did you go to?

Nashville, Tennessee

I'm actually getting the inner thighs ,skin tightening on the waist and flanks done with them on the 19th but they really
didn't say how far they were going down the thigh.

My legs are long but I would say about three inches above the knee so I would guess depending on your leg length it will be around that. But I did have the knee area done too. I didn’t realize it was an option or that it was actually fat there not just skin/bone until my consult!

Do you feel like you personally still see the results? Or do you feel like it’s kind of worn off in your brain and now you want more?
August 18, 2022
Yes, I can still tell! I do still have slimmer legs overall and can tell in clothes or just looking in the mirror. I think it’s hard to tell in my afters but they are definitely slimmer. Also the middles don’t touch and they were smashed together before!

What was the total cost of this procedure?
January 10, 2022
At the time I had it done prices started just above $5,000. It goes up based on additional areas, how much fat they need to remove and location. I'd say there is a cost increase since then. You can request a virtual consult at some locations and send photos, height/weight (they didn't ask this part but I added that to give them a better idea for pricing)

Incisions are fading and softer now. They look good so far and will continued to get better. Exercising (running, walking) as normal with no discomfort.

Hi! When did you stop wearing a faja?
June 24, 2021
I wore it for a week day and night. I had multiple garments to switch from including the one they gave me. Then after that first week I wore compression leggings I always do for work but nothing compressive at night.
June 24, 2021
What other garments did you alternate between. Currently scouring the internet for alternatives. Also, is there a specific type that you work out in? Thanks so much...so very helpful!
June 24, 2021
Yes, I have all the options! I'm a hairstylist and work in BlackPants WorkPants Intelligent legging. I worked out in them (really hot and not breathable so I don't like to, but did at first since they're most compressive!), I also have CWX Stabilyx Joint Support legging and would walk and run in those. I have Marena Travel legging and those were the main ones I switched from that first week. They gave me the Marena Girdle with High Back (they were out of my size leggings) and it wasn't my favorite to wear. Did you get leggings after yours or what did they give you?
June 26, 2021
This is all great intel! Yes, they gave me a Marena side zipper faja, but it started to tear near the crotch...cool. Ideally, I'd like to transition to wearing the zipper faja only at night. Per your recco, I'm considering the CWX Stabilyx Joint Support legging for workouts and Marena travel tights for the day-to-day under my Lululemon tights. Yikes to all of the above...lipo in June was a rough call! Also, not super stoked on having to drop a few more hundred on garments that I'll never wear again after this. Didn't really see that coming as they initially instructed 2-weeks post op and then you're done. But I've come this far and I don't want to compromise the results. BTW, your results look amazing and was honestly one of the factors that gave me the confidence to move forward with the procedure. Fingers crossed I get a similar transformation! And thanks a million for your feedback...beyond helpful!

If your LuLus are good compression you won't need something under them. Just get the CW-Xs since you can use those any other time for workouts! How many days ago did you get AirSculpt on your legs (or did you do traditional liposuction)?
June 26, 2021
My lymphatic massage gal recommended something with a little more compression than my lulus? I dunno. Elite AirSculpt at the La Jolla location 17 days post op
June 26, 2021
You're way past what I was told to wear compression so at that point I only wore my work compression and just regular lounge clothes at home. I would wear the CWXs and Aerie (not compression but not loose) leggings (it was still cold then) when I would go walk or run and I only remember doing that a few times until it was hot, then just regular run shorts. Are you having some issues with swelling or just trying to keep it as minimal as possible?
July 11, 2021
Those are the exact areas I want done. Can you give me a ballpark on what it costs?
They did a great job :)
