I've only recently started being proactive about protecting my skin from the sun in 2018 so my face has been exposed to the sun's radiation for most of my life. The good thing is I'm a need who stays inside most of the time but I have had my share of sun when I choose to go outside. I can't remember the exact cost of the BBL since I paired it with some botox on my account but it wasn't to expensive. Ideal image offers package discounts and I got the 5 pack BBL. Sessions can be painful, but only around the eye area as you will flinch no matter how hard you squint your eyes. I later found that I tolerated a higher level of Lazer if we used the smaller head applicator(idk what the device is called). You must wash your face, they then apply some witchhazel. They apply a gel I think is aloe Vera and will do several passover. The first one is kinda a prep, then the next one is for those little veins, they do another for rosacia but I didn't have it so I didn't do that, then finally pigmentation. Do the highest level u can tolerate so u get ur money's worth but be honest with your nurse I u experience stinging or burning. Follow aftercare PLEASE!! Gentle cleansers only with no actives or fragrance (honestly use water only ur first two days). Simple lotion with no actives or fragrance (I use ceramedx, it's a vegan ceramide brand). DO NOT PICK THE PEPPERED SKIN leave it be. On your next sessions be honest with ur nurse and tell them where you experienced peppering (this is good) and where you need them to up the power on.
I'm a loyal fan to the medspa Ideal Image, the ladies there changed my life. So when they offered a special on Ultherapy my interest peaked. I already got amazing results with Kybella, but wanted to do more. Treatment is in 2 phases. First appointment I had was in December 2019, and now my last appointment is in June (fingers crossed its not pushed back from COVID19) . They blast on the the jawline, under the chin/upper neck, and under the jawline sides. THIS IS PAINFUL, seriously take a oxy or something strong. I have sat in a chair for 9 hours getting a tattoo but this beats it by far (eyes were tearing up). So far I think it did make a slight difference but I want to give my full opinion after the last treatment is complete.
