I had 4,500 grafts done with FUE at Hermest Hair Clinic about 6 months ago focused on my crown and mid-scalp. I finally decided to fix the problem.
Best decision I’ve made for my confidence. The midscalp filled in really well, and while the crown is definitely slower (which they told me it would be), it’s coming along nicely. The area is more filled in some of the help is still visible but infinitely better than before. It’s way less noticeable than before. Crown growth always takes patience, so if you’re looking to fix the crown area, understand it’s a marathon, not a sprint. But at 6 months, I’m genuinely impressed.
The clinic was Professional, organized, and clearly knew what they’re doing. The team made the whole process smooth from consultation to post-op follow-ups.
Now let’s keep it real. The anesthesia needles are painful. It’s quick, but yeah, you’ll feel it. Totally manageable though and once it’s done, the rest is easy and the only issue would be boredom while time passes. Also expect itchiness around week 1–2. That part caught me off guard at the level of itchiness and tingling sensations. It’s part of healing, but it is quite annoying. Just make sure you don’t scratch!!
If you’re on the fence, Hermest is absolutely a clinic I’d recommend based on my experience. Solid density, natural result, and visible improvement at 6 months with more growth still to come.
