Dear Tannaj,
Thank you for your question. From the photos submitted here is my analysis:
1. Good facial bone structures
2. Well defined and structured lips
3. Asymmetry of the brows
4. Mild volume loss mid and lower face more pronounced lower face involving the chin with prominence of marionette lines.
At our office we address these non surgically with neuromodulators like Botox/ Dysport to create more symmetry of the brows. Next we volumize and produce mild lifting of the mid face to give indirectly corrections to tear troughs. Then we address the chin enhancement with filler to create a better harmony between the nose. lips and the chin.
Surgically one might consider rhinoplasty.
It is always recommended to have in person consultation with a board certified skilled clinician to address and have a better understanding of your goals.
Best of luck,

Hi there,
Based on the limited frontal view submitted analyzing your facial structures reveal the following:
1. Volume loss mid- lower face more prominent on the left.( your left ). 2. Prominence of naso-labial folds. 3. Volume loss in lower face as a result of #1. 4. Blurred definition of the chin-jawline leading to increase in extended mental crease and marionette lines. In our patient population we do see facial asymmetry depending on the natural forces such as environmental exposures to sun light, sleeping primarily on one side or even genetics. Your bone structure based on the view submitted looks good. The lips are well anatomically shaped and do not require any significant augmentation.
At our office we address these issues with correction of the mid face utilizing high G prime filler, such as Voluma or Restylane Lyft. Giving lift to the mid face will improve the naso- labial folds.
We then address the lower face with different modalities we have at hand.
I suggest getting a comprehensive consultation with highly skilled physician familiar with different techniques.
Thank you for your question and best of all luck.
