I recently had a consultation with Dr Agha regarding an arm lift and a tummy tuck revision (originally performed by another surgeon), and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Dr Agha made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a very clear and thorough way. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and clarity. I left the consultation feeling reassured, confident, and genuinely positive about the next steps. I would highly recommend Dr Agha to anyone considering similar procedures.

Dr Riaz Agha, is an fantastic surgeon, and I couldn’t be more happier from the very start process to the very end, he is very understanding and accommodating, listens to all your needs, and is very honest with what will look best and helps to get the best look, it was a quick turnaround and fitted me in when worked best for me. Would highly recommend!

I met with Dr Riaz for a second opinion about some surgery i had in 2025 and not being happy with the results, i was really nervous and anxious as didn't have a very nice experience with the surgeon who performed the surgery hence why i had a second opinion. Dr Riaz was welcoming, listened to everything i had to say, he checked me over and explained everything so clearly & agreed that i needed revision surgery. I came away feeling so much more confident and relieved about the situation & so greatful that he is willing to do the surgery. Just gutted i didn't get given Dr Riaz 1st!!

I had such a positive experience with the Harley Clinic, and I’m so glad I chose Dr Riaz for my chin liposuction. This was my first time undergoing a procedure like this, so I was a little apprehensive, but Dr Riaz was very reassuring, accommodating, and accessible from the start. I'm also grateful he was able to fit me in just a couple of weeks before an important trip. It has only been 2 days, but I can already see amazing results. I’ve had no bruising so far and very little swelling, which has been remarkable. The team who work with him also made me feel very comfortable and welcome on the day of the procedure, with special thanks to Kiara and Juliet (who was very sweet and held my hand during the anaesthetic!) I can’t recommend Dr Riaz and the Harley Clinic enough.

Dr Agha is a miracle worker. His knowledge of surgery and aesthetics is second to none. My confidence is back and the results of my facelift surgery are amazing. You’d never know I’ve had anything done. My scars have disappeared & I didnt have one single bruise! I will be going back for other procedures!

I met with Dr Riaz Agha to discuss revision surgery on 14th Feb 2026. Firsty Dr Agha was able to accomodate seeing me on very short notice. I was met with flexibility and compassion for what - until now - has been a challenging series of events. Dr Agha's thoroughness, knowledge and manner are like no other. He allowed over one hour to thoroughly discuss my previous surgery and establish a comprehensive plan designed to meet my desired outcomes. He was patient, measured and objective in his discussion about my goals, potential risks and the options available. Most of all he was kind, he discussed me and my body in a way that made me feel reassured, optimistic and certain I'm in good hands. I only wish I'd met him prior to my previous surgery.

From my initial consultation with Dr Agha to our pre-surgery consultation and the quick chat we had post surgery he was friendly, informative and professional and made me feel at ease. The initial consultation was very thorough and relaxed and I came away feeling as though I had definitely made the right decision. The pre-surgery consultation allowed Dr Agha to put my mind at rest and answer any last minute questions I may have had. he was also kind enough to come over and see me after my surgery to let me know it had gone well and show me some pictures! Having just returned from my 1 week post op nurse appointment to check my wounds even the nurse commented on how neat Dr Agha’s work is! Small incisions which are neatly sutured. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr Agha who I shall be seeing again six weeks post surgery for my follow up.
