Hello! Morpheus does not dissolve dermal fillers. Often times, multiple syringes of filler are required to achieve optimal results. It could be that you simply need more for your initial treatment. Typically, fillers can be expected to last 6-24 months, depending on what is used. Besides the amount, I would ask your provider to use longer lasting fillers in your cheek such as Juvederm Voluma. Hello! There are no FDA approved permanent fillers in the US. I use Juvederm Voluma and Volux to define the chin and jaw area and find that patients typically see results last 12 months or so. Good luck!
