First of all, I was referred to this facility by a highly reputable surgeon. Upon first glance, I was confused because this location looked and felt very much like a spa. There is a wonderful receptionist, a great nurse and all around great staff. As someone who conducts investigations for a living, I felt I had done my home work and I asked them many questions about treatment options and worst case scenarios. I have tan native american skin and dark hair. I had read articles about complications with laser hair removal and darker skin color. I was a little hesitant to get intensive hair removal done because of this, but boy the results have been incredible. After one treatment I had no hair regrowth for 4 weeks! I have signed up for arms, bikini and soon to be underarms. All along this journey I asked key questions and the staff always took the time to answer them. You will feel relaxed and safe in their hands.
