This was the best experience I've ever had with a Surgeon or Doctor for that matter. I had my first breast augmentation when I was 21 and almost immediately developed capsular contractor in my right breast, fast forward fifteen years, I finally decided to do something about it. I found Gawley Plastic Surgery in Scottsdale and met with Dr. Geoghegan to discuss a capsulectomy and implant...
The entire experience at Gawley Plastic Surgery was exceptional. The facility is not only beautiful and comfortable - the surgical facility is state of the art and spotless. The staff, Dr. Gawley and anesthesiologist Dr. St Peter are caring and professional. I had a face lift and there are NO visible signs of scars. The results are shuttle yet profound. Love, love , love my results and...
I went to Dr. Gawley a few years ago for breast implants and he did an amazing job! So when I wanted to have an upper blepharoplasty, I returned to his office. I couldn’t be happier with the results of that procedure. Dr. Gawley, his surgical team, and staff are all so helpful in answering questions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I had 2 procedures done by the AMAZING Dr. Gawley. I had breast reconstruction, and a tummy tuck. From the moment I walked in the door for my consultation, I felt like I was a part of a family. He was the second surgeon I interviewed. For starters he is a very kind person, as is his staff! However, his work is amazing!!!!!! I cannot tell you how happy I am. My breasts have been redone by...
I'm 48 hrs post op and they look fantastic!! Surgery was on time without any complications. The results are quite amazing so far! I started with 36H (bust 43" ribcage 34") and she agreed I would look best with a small C cup.
A: Based on the photos submitted, ideally I’d recommend a facelift/neck lift with facial fat grafting. You may also benefit from an endoscopic midface lift as well, or this can be done separately. This plan will give you the most natural and comprehensive approach to address you jowls, neck contour as well as your cheek shape and lift
A: Based on your age and phots submitted, as well as you prior history of neck/chin lipo, I would recommend a more invasive central necklift procedure where a platysmaplasty and direct fat removal and contouring is done. This will nicely sharpen your neck and jawline contour. This is a short outpatient procedure done through a center incision under your chin without any need for an incision behind you ear.
A: Based on your age and photos, I would recommend a face/neck lift for the best most natural and long-lasting result. Non-surgical options are not going to give you the neck contour you are looking for in my opinion, but you could consider thread lifts, radio-frequency microneedling, or NeckTite minimally invasive treatments to stimulate collagen.
A: A facelift in a younger patient isn’t taboo, as much as it is typically not needed in younger patients who don’t have the skin excess to warrant the surgical recovery and scars (although hidden). Still, in patients that have enough skin laxity/excess which can be genetic, or related to weight loss, a facelift is definitely an option on a younger patient. I think that it is somewhat taboo, simply because traditionally most facelift surgeons would tell a patient to wait or seek non-surgical options first.
A: Jowls are a normal and often have a genetic component of most faces that in time drop and lead to poor neck and jaw-line contours. Facelift and fat transfer can improve jowling in most patients. An endoscopic midface lift can sometimes improve jowls, but mostly improves the cheek and lower eyelid areas. Other than facelift, you may consider facial injectables like Volux to improve and reshape the jawline and chin. PDO threads may help as well. In our practice we offer a minimally invasive option for jowl call face-tyte.
