Asked my facial plastic who he would recommend

I visited many doctors to no prevail and asked my facial plastic who he would recommend. He highly regarded Dr Gartner as his sister had a breast augmentation by Dr Gartner and she was pleased with his results. I’m truly happy that I went with this recommendation, as I finally feel a bit of normalcy after a botched job many years ago. It’s been about three weeks since I’ve had my surgery and m...

The results are beautiful - so glad I went with him and his team

TL:DR Dr Gartner and his staff are outstanding. Love the results! I’ve had a few gain/loss cycles in my life. After getting to my ideal weight- going from a 34J to a 30ddd/32dd- I felt I needed a little help with the excess skin. I didn't want to have a reduction, just a lift. My goal- have the breast that I would have had if I didn't go through those cycles. I loved Dr Gartner’s por...

Great experience - I was awake during the surgery

OK Ladies, I am a 50-year-old blk woman who had my first breast augmentation in March of 2002, YES, I have had my saline implants in for 20 years BY ANOTHER DOCTOR. I found Dr. G on YouTube, and then I researched him on Realself, BBB, and google. I had my first consultation with him 7/29/22 and scheduled surgery for 8/26/22. I will tell you that the ladies that work for him are EXCEPTIONAL,...

Q: Is getting a new air bubble 9 months post op for my breast augmentation normal?
Answered by Dr. GartnerMay 8, 2019

A: it's very unusual to have an air bubble 9 months after surgery. it may still be normal but I would recommend you follow up with your surgeon.Best Regards,Dr. Michael Gartner

Q: 3 weeks post op tummy tuck, my incision reopened. Is this something to worry about or a sign of infection? (photo)
Answered by Dr. GartnerMay 8, 2019

A: I would recommend you stay in close contact with your doctor but usually the situation resolves itself. It usually tends to healing in a few weeks. It's possible you may need a scar revision 6 months.Best Regards,Dr. Michael Gartner

Q: Can you continue a keto diet after a BBL? Or can I lose weight after a BBL without losing any volume in my butt?
Answered by Dr. GartnerMay 8, 2019

A: Once the result is there by 3 months it does change as your fat changes. So if you gain weight it gets bigger if you lose weight it does get smaller. there is no particular diet that would change that.Best Regards,Dr Michael Gartner

Q: 6 weeks post op BBL, did my fat die? Can this be corrected by wearing proper garment? (photos)
Answered by Dr. GartnerMay 8, 2019

A: it's too early to tell at this point, I would recommend you stay in close follow up with your surgeon.Best Regards,Dr. Michael Gartner

Q: Will my Laser Lipo results not turn out as good if I don't get massages?
Answered by Dr. GartnerFebruary 3, 2019

A: There is no scientific evidence that massages actually help after any type of liposuction .  But having performed thousands of liposuctions it is my opinion that it definitely does and I encourage patients to get it .  I find it helps smoothing things out  and patients tend to recover quicker .  I offer three free massages after any liposuction procedure now . Best Regards,Dr. Michael Gartner
