Incompetent and Rude Front Desk Staff
The front desk staff has changed so many times at the Kingston Pike location that they have become incompetent in respect, kindness, consideration and scheduling. A few instances I would like to illustrate as of my last few visits that have left me sorely disappointed and have decided to no longer support their practice.
