I was incredibly nervous to see Dr Epstein for a FUE procedure, but his welcoming staff made me feel right at home. Danette fielded all of my questions and concerns with ease. Andrea lead a wonderful team of technicians for my procedure. And Dr Epstein was kind, understanding, and responsive from start to finish. While this level of care was to be expected, I was blown away by the car from the nurses, technicians, surgical assistants, and entire team that made a highly nervous situation into one that made me feel valued and cared for throughout. It has now been one month since my FUE procedure, and I could not be happier with the results, care, or service that I have received from Dr Epstein and his entire team. Thanks for everything!

The entire experience was extremely positive and exciting from start to finish with a seamless process from consultation stages to after care follow up. The procedure is split, with the eyebrow design and hair placement "holes" done by Dr Epstein personally and the extraction and implantation of hairs done by his team members, overseen by him. For such a long procedure, I personally feel this division provides a far more focused and precise result. By far the most rewarding procedure I have done which provides a significant and lasting overall facial rejuvenation result. Definitely worth a trip to Miami to have this done by Dr Epstein's practise !
I am a physician in Boston, MA and never write reviews. However, I feel compelled to comment on my transplant procedure with Dr. Epstein. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My 3rd transplant procedure with Dr. Epstein. The fact that I live in Boston and travel to Miami to see Dr. Epstein is a tribute to the excellent work that he does. He is a wonderful physician and his practice is extremely professional and at the same time warm and supportive. During my last procedure, I had an adverse reaction to a combination of my meds and the pain meds that I was given. (completely my fault). I passed out (fainted) and lost consciousness on my way to the restroom. Dr. Epstein's assistant caught me before I fell to the floor. Subsequently, his entire team came to attend to me. I was treated as if I was in an ER. An IV was placed and I was given fluids and oxygen until I was back to normal. I doubt that you could find a more expert and responsive office. No one panicked. Dr. Epstein was involved the entire time and guided his team the way you would hope an expert and seasoned professional should. I am confident that my current procedure will be as successful as my prior two. I have only the highest praise for Dr. Epstein and his staff. Dr. S. Boston, MA
