Dr. Fraser received his B.A. from Albion College where he majored in Chemistry and Biology. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Fraser was honored to serve in the US Air Force at the Air Force Academy and in Afghanistan. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Fraser enjoys seeing patients of all ages. He lives in Monument, CO, and is married to Dr. Erin Fry who serves as a psychiatrist at Colorado College and at Flying Horse Medical Center. They have two energetic children who love the outdoors.

Whitney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. Followed up by her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Medicine from Saint Louis University in 2003. Whitney moved to beautiful Colorado in 2007, where she and her husband are raising three awesome children and one very active Goldendoodle. Whitney and her husband are an active member of The Club at Flying Horse Club. In addition to being a devoted mom, Whitney lives an active life of running, hiking, and playing tennis!

Erin Fry, D.O. is a board-certified Psychiatrist from the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. She graduated from the Psychiatry Residency Department at Michigan State University in 2008. She has worked at the Counseling Center at Michigan State University, the Counseling Center at Colorado College, and the Veterans Affairs Department in Colorado Springs. She has a special interest in young adult psychiatry, adult psychiatry, and has previously worked with military veterans. She enjoys walking, being outdoors with her two dogs, and spending time with her family. Her husband is a Family Medicine practitioner, also at Flying Horse Medical Center. She is currently accepting new patients.

Neil Wilkey, M.D., is a board-certified Psychiatrist new to the Colorado Springs area. He has spent the past 10 years working as a consultant psychiatrist for Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. His professional responsibilities have included Psychiatric Emergency Room Coverage, Inpatient Psychiatric Care, Consult Liaison, and Outpatient Clinics. He has treated patients with Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, Substance Use Disorders, and Gender Dysphoria. Living abroad has given his family a wonderful opportunity to travel extensively and to broaden their perspectives. He and his wife have enjoyed raising their 3 children abroad and are now eager to return home to be nearer to their family. He is currently accepting new patients.

Shelly Messerly, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a huge heart and ready smile! She earned a Human Nutrition Bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University before going to PA school. She earned her Physician Assistant degree from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona and since then she has practiced in family medicine and functional medicine – loving every bit of it. She specializes in women’s health, hormone therapy, anti-aging, and aesthetics. She is married to the love of her life who is an attorney for the Air Force. They recently moved here and are excited to make Colorado Springs their forever home. Shelly and her husband have three beautiful children and a spoiled white cat. In her spare time, she loves to be with her family, paint in watercolor, play the piano, do anything outdoors, and teach ballet at the local dance studio. She is thrilled to be putting down roots with Flying Horse Medical Center!

Brooke is Flying Horse Medical Center’s Chief Nurse. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in May 2012. She began practicing as a registered nurse here in Colorado Springs at Memorial Health System, where she worked on the Acute Care Renal/Medical Unit caring for patients with various kidney diseases undergoing dialysis, as well as caring for patients with numerous other medical problems in the Acute Care setting. In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time outdoors as much as possible, camping with family and friends, and snowboarding during those cold snowy months! Brooke is excited to work with Dr. Fraser and the rest of the wonderful Flying Horse Medical Center team and bring quality healthcare to the community.

Lieseth Banda is Flying Horse Medial Center’s Front Desk Receptionist and has 10 years of customer service experience. Lieseth is a licensed cosmetologist and certified laser technician. She began her career in skin care in 2015 in Miami, Florida while pursuing her bachelors in Criminal Justice. Her passion and love for skin care and patient care drove her to grow and continue in the aesthetics industry. Being a military spouse has given her the opportunity to spread her knowledge and skills to the San Antonio area and now Colorado Springs. In her free time, Lieseth enjoys working out, hiking under the Colorado sunshine with her iced coffee, interior decoration and crafting.

As Flying Horse Medical Center’s business and marketing manager Marshall brings with him 17 years of sales and marketing excellence from many different industries and verticals including over a decade with Fortune 10 corporations Hewlett-Packard and IBM. He attended Northwestern College in Orange City, IA where he studied Accounting and Computer Science. He resides in Monument, CO with his wife of 16 years and their two children. He currently serves as the President of the Palmer Divide Soccer Club and when he isn’t coaching a youth team he enjoys playing soccer, basketball, hiking, and fly-fishing.

Catharine graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Biology. She then became a certified Medical Technologist and worked at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She later became an Air Force wife and mother to three beautiful daughters. She joined the Flying Horse Medical Center team in 2017 as a Registered Medical Assistant. She enjoys skiing and the great Colorado outdoors.

Kayleigh has been a member of our FHMC team since 2016. She attended college on the western slope where she played Lacrosse. She graduated from Pikes Peak Community College as a registered Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician. She was born and raised in Colorado Springs and enjoys all the city and surrounding mountain towns have to offer. Kayleigh spends her spare time with her two young children and traveling every chance she gets.

Taylor joined Flying Horse Medical Center June 2016. She studied at PIMA Medical Institute and graduated with Honors as a Registered Medical Assistant. Taylor enjoys spending time at the lake wake surfing and coaching Cheerleading. She is also known as the “Crazy Hockey Lady” and is a die hard Colorado Avalanche fan.

Laura Taylor is a former restaurateur and lifelong foodie. She has two grown children and recently moved to Colorado Springs from Atlanta, Georgia in 2016. She loves hiking, cooking and reading.
