I've always had a small breasts, but after children they really took the plunge. 2019 is when I got serious. Had a consultation and I wasn't impressed. Fast forward past all he chaos and I found Dr. Finkle (2022) and his amazing crew. I felt so comfortable and confident after my consultation we set the appointment. Updated on 25 Apr 2022: First day was a blur from the pain meds. 2nd day I was extremely sore but was excited to take a shower and see them for the fist time. Shocked is an understatement. The size is way bigger than I expected. I’m not disappointed at all just hopeful they will get slightly smaller once all the swelling subsides. I’m on day 5 now and I’ve stopped Rx pain meds and taking Tylenol as needed. I’m still swollen!!! It’s hard not to do things around the house. I can’t wait to be able to take walks. The no exercise for a few weeks is going to kill me. Updated on 29 Apr 2022: It’s been 8 days since my augmentation. My stats prior to surgery: 36 A weight 135lbs height 5’6” athletic build I was so worried about looking heavy by getting implants. I don’t feel that way at all anymore. I’m beyond happy with my results. I went with 375cc implant. I started at 325 and after trying on sizers I was sold on 350 but after discussing at consultation we went one size bigger and I’m so glad by I did. That was my one major concern prior to surgery. Did I make the right decision is that too big!? Not at all. I LOVE THEM! Im feeling great. Taking things slow of course. Completely off all pain meds. I have been icing at night before bedtime. I’m going to start taking walks this weekend. I cannot wait to get back in the gym! Again the staff at Dr. Finkle’s are amazing! The best bed side manner and I felt so comfortable with all of them! If you’re in this area I highly recommend him. Updated on 11 May 2022: They are starting to drop and soften up! My right one is being stubborn not as soft and not dropping. My nipples have been extremely sensitive and my skin has been irritated. I get the occasional zinger. But other than all that I LOVE THEM! I’ve started going for walks and I plan to start lower body workouts next week. So excited to get back the gym. Updated on 23 Oct 2022: In love! They are perfect. Still can’t do a few exercises without my left one feeling a strange pull. But other than that I’m completely back to everything I did prior to surgery.
I'm 39 and I've recently gone through a divorce. As a result, I decided to make some long desired changes that I previously couldn't bring myself to do. I've dealt with saggy breasts since HS and nursing two children didn't help matters (not that I would have traded that experience for the world). Additionally, having two c-sections, and then weight loss, took a toll on my lower half. So back in September, I had a breast lift (no implants), and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Finkle did a great job. Recovery went well, not a lot of pain, and only took two days off from work. I didn't get the full "before" picture (hope to snap a pic of my before pictures when I go back to Dr. Finkle), but I do have one from the morning of in a tank top. Next month I'm going to be returning to Dr. Finkle for a lower body lift. This one I'm definitely more nervous about as far as the procedure and recovery as this is a bigger surgery. But I'm excited to see the changes! I'll add more pictures later for before/after fo the LBL. Updated on 24 Dec 2019: I’m still very pleased with my outcome. I finally retrieved my before pictures so I thought I’d add them. Updated on 24 Dec 2019: I had posted originally that I while I had my breast lift done, I was scheduled to get a lower body lift as well, which was scheduled for last Thursday. I’m super pleased with the results so far as well as Dr. Finkle’s placement of the incision and his symmetry to his incision. These are before pics, as well as 3 day post op pics. I can definitely admit the pain was worse than my two c-sections. I did discontinue my pain meds (hydrocodone) by Monday morning, now only taking two aspirin twice a day. The pain is bearable and I’ve been moving better. The pain mostly comes with standing up (gravity taking over and the burning pulling sensation-which only lasts for a few seconds) or trying to get comfortable sitting down. Each day is a little better. But again, so far, I’m thrilled with the results and can’t wait to see how things heal up. Updated on 4 Jan 2020: Two days ago at my two week post op appointment, I was able to get one of my three drain tubes out along with my back staples and belly button stitches. Starting to be able to sleep on my side. Still moving gingerly when it comes to certain movements as my back still hurts quite a bit. Each day is a little better. Incision is healing fabulously and the nurse said I’m ahead of the game a bit. Love Dr. Finkle and his staff for their excellent services and experience!
HELP! 5.6" and 120lbs. Currently a 34 A cup size but even then, the top of my bra leaves me with a gap unless I use the little cutlet fillers inside. I'm unsure about what size to choose and if I should do high or moderate profile. My surgury is very soon. I was originally scheduled for April 30th but they called today and can get me in March 27th instead. My confusion lies in regards to the fact that I don't want to be a lot bigger in size, but want a little fullness back after breast feeding my twins. I love to workout and excersize and I'm what some consider broad shouldered. With that said, I am unsure what would flatter me the best without making me look even more broad and large. I'm worried moderate profile will make me feel even wider, but they told me high would look like two balls. I have decided on silicone under the muscle but after that I'm a lost!!! I like the look of a gap in betweenand not just a line of cleavage. To me that line looks like aged breasts. Having a gap and that look of a push up bra seems more youthful to me but I don't want to look tottaly reduculous or look obvious that they are indeed fake. I know some don't like to have that gap thing, but it's just MY personal oppinion on what look im drawn to most. My biggest fear of getting this done is that it could make me look chubby. I want to have the fullness back up top that I use to have and be able to wear some of the stuff I once could before kiddos without worrying about a bra. I have been prior to children and still am an A cup. I usually purchase either a 32b or a 34a bra but acording to vs its the same difference. My doctor said I don't have a ton of droop and that I mostly lost some of my volume. They reccomened going moderate profile and 325-350cc's. That seems huge to me as I don't mind my current size and just want them a little larger with a bit more fullness. I know most girls dont come in and ask for under 300cc's but I was thinking something along the lines of 250cc's. They told me I would not be happy and would regret not going larger. Now I am on the fence as to listen to the experts or go with my gut and instinct that too many cc's will be to big for my liking and make me feel heavy set. Also the profile thing is even more of a delima to me. Sorry these photos are not the best either. I will gladly take all of your advice to heart? Thank you! Updated on 18 Mar 2015: Updated on 18 Mar 2015: Updated on 22 Mar 2015: My Doctor said I was broad. I always thought I was as well... But all my friends think im crazy! My rib cage measures 26.5 inches. I don't feel like that is that much! Still on the fence for hp or mod! I don't want my breast to stick out way furthur on the sides and make me look really wide or wider! Updated on 26 Mar 2015: Saying good buy to these girls. It's been a nice 32 years. Finally surgery tomorrow! 5Am wake up call for me. Night-night! If you read this say a prayer for me for all to go as perfect as possible. Excited and nervous! Updated on 27 Mar 2015: My surgery was at call time was at 6:45 this morning and I'm already home now. Icing the new ladies. So far I don't feel pain, but lots and lots of pressure. It feels really good to ice/pea them. Did I mention it feels really, really AMAZING to sit here with my bags of peas!! Like it feels soooooooo good!! My surgery went really smooth and I was in and out before I even knew it. I'm praying for a speedy recovery. Updated on 28 Mar 2015: First 24hrs has been pretty easy. I anticipated the pain would be unbearable but I really have none except if I make sudden movement or try to readjust my body when sitting. I have already been backing off prescription pain meds because they make me itchy all over my body. No rash or anything like that, they just make me itchy. Sometimes I get a itch on my back or something and that hurts a little to try to reach it. Over all this procedure and post op process has run very smoothly for me. As long as I don't run into any complications I would say this was not nearly as bad as some people had told me it would be. Oh and by the way I hate sleeping on my back at night but all of this will be totally worth it after I'm all healed. Updated on 11 Apr 2015: Okay so it's been about two weeks since I have posted to this sure. I just wanted to add some photos and fill my peeps in on my journey thus far. I am exactly two weeks and 1 day post surgery. I had 325 mod + placed under the muscle with indecision under breast. Im doing well and couldn't be happier with my outcome. Updated on 11 Apr 2015: Updated on 11 Apr 2015: One visit will explain everything. From the staff, office, bed side mannor, and results... all a 10. I felt at home from the moment I stepped inside this office. Dr. Finkle and the entire staff at the Finkle Cosmetic Surgery center are amazing. I wouldn't change a thing and I'm so thrilled with my results. I'm so happy I trusted Dr. Finkle to perform my breast surgury!! Updated on 16 Apr 2015: Right and left incision scars both healing nicely at just three weeks. Left is almost unnoticeable. Starting scar treatment sheets tomorrow! Updated on 4 May 2015: I am 5 weeks, 4 days post surgery today and am feeling almost complelty back to normal. I'm starting back up my normal workout routine today. I'm so excited to start wearing cute summer clothing and swimwear! I'm so glad I did this and didn't keep waiting. Updated on 13 May 2015: I'm no longer invisible when I turn to the side. Loving my profile shape! Very happy with my moderate plus profile choice! Updated on 16 Jul 2015: It's been awhile since I've updated my profile on here. I'm so happy with my results. I can't thank Dr. Finkle enough for his amazing work. I turn 33 in one month and people who don't know me think I can't be over 23. Once I tell them I delivered full term twins the reaction is even better. Haha. My confidence is through the roof! I'm So happy I made this investment in myself. I feel amazing.
