I'm 39 and I've recently gone through a divorce. As a result, I decided to make some long desired changes that I previously couldn't bring myself to do. I've dealt with saggy breasts since HS and nursing two children didn't help matters (not that I would have traded that experience for the world). Additionally, having two c-sections, and then weight loss, took a toll on my lower half. So back in September, I had a breast lift (no implants), and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Finkle did a great job. Recovery went well, not a lot of pain, and only took two days off from work. I didn't get the full "before" picture (hope to snap a pic of my before pictures when I go back to Dr. Finkle), but I do have one from the morning of in a tank top.
Next month I'm going to be returning to Dr. Finkle for a lower body lift. This one I'm definitely more nervous about as far as the procedure and recovery as this is a bigger surgery. But I'm excited to see the changes! I'll add more pictures later for before/after fo the LBL.

I’m still very pleased with my outcome. I finally retrieved my before pictures so I thought I’d add them.

I had posted originally that I while I had my breast lift done, I was scheduled to get a lower body lift as well, which was scheduled for last Thursday. I’m super pleased with the results so far as well as Dr. Finkle’s placement of the incision and his symmetry to his incision. These are before pics, as well as 3 day post op pics. I can definitely admit the pain was worse than my two c-sections. I did discontinue my pain meds (hydrocodone) by Monday morning, now only taking two aspirin twice a day. The pain is bearable and I’ve been moving better. The pain mostly comes with standing up (gravity taking over and the burning pulling sensation-which only lasts for a few seconds) or trying to get comfortable sitting down. Each day is a little better. But again, so far, I’m thrilled with the results and can’t wait to see how things heal up.

Two days ago at my two week post op appointment, I was able to get one of my three drain tubes out along with my back staples and belly button stitches. Starting to be able to sleep on my side. Still moving gingerly when it comes to certain movements as my back still hurts quite a bit. Each day is a little better. Incision is healing fabulously and the nurse said I’m ahead of the game a bit. Love Dr. Finkle and his staff for their excellent services and experience!
