A: I would recommend 0.5 ml of hyaluronic acid filler for each fold for a total of 1.0ml. This will help soften these areas without overfilling them.
A: Everyone tends to have at least some mild degree of asymmetry to the face thus the reason one fold may appear deeper than another. The first and easiest option would be subdermal
injection of hyaluronic acid filler to these areas. Another more long lasting option would be to graft some of your own collagen to these areas to act as a natural filler. This is usually harvested from a small incision behind the ear.
A: I think that a conservative amount of hyaluronic acid filler injected precisely and appropriately to uour upper and lower lips would look great. If done appropriately it would not produce an “off balance”look and merely enhance your natural appearance.
A: I would recommend hyaluronic acid filler to this area to improve its volume. It is very safe and can be performed in the office setting.
A: Depending on the energy and fractionation pattern the risk of indentation is low. If the choice is between CO2 and Erbium, erbium is better for the above reasons. However, IPL( Intense pulsed light) therapy is also an excellent option for blemishes and small flat moles.
