So I gained my pandemic 10 lbs and did not have the will to change my diet immediately. I am using cool sculpting as a jump start to give me the incentive to work out and eat healthily again. I am doing cool sculpting for love handles and abs. The actual freezing process is 35mins contact time where the temp reduces to -11 Celsius. A lot of gel goes into the applications of the pads. The machine will suction your fat area in and then you begin. In the first 5 mins you get used to the feeling of very cold tingly and then numbness. After that time it didn’t hurt as I was numb. I read a magazine, texted and played iPhone games. The part that hurt was the machine suction removal. The suction is peeled away and I felt an immediate burning like a frostbite. The area was also red but It went away quickly. A 2 min massage by the tech must be done right after to accelerate the fat loss. I was very red for about an hour after but the redness has gone away as of the next day. I do feel very numb and at times itching on the areas that were treated. Assuming I’m thawing from the inside out, the nerve numbness will eventually lead to tingling as the sensations return. I took some Benadryl for this itching. It both feels relieving and quite tender. A hood hurt? Lol. Anyway I’m looking forward to results. The next treatment is in 6 weeks. After two treatments I should be done.
I'm on my third tattoo removal treatment with ethos Spa in summit. I am noticing a nice gradual fading. I had no blistering after the first two treatments. Healing was fairly quick Dr petrowsky makes me very comfortable including lidocain injections to numb the area first and then uses the picosure laser. So far so good! Will update after this treatment with more pictures Updated on 24 Sep 2017: Just did my third laser tattoo removal two weeks ago thought I'd see what everyone thinks of the progression. The fading is quite obvious in person but just feel like I'm going to be doing it forever. Two tattoos both on ankle the all black small one I'm not noticing much. I'm going every six weeks they charge me $275 for both just went for third time two weeks ago. Updated on 5 Jan 2018: Just an update I had been getting tattoo removal using the picosure laser I had my fifth treatment about six months ago and feel like it’s a snails pace as far as fading. I heard about a brand new laser I think it’s been on the market for three months and there’s only one provider in nj using it. I went today! I’ll post pics of my tattoo right before treatment it may look swollen because I took it after they injected the lidocaine. I’ll update with pics in a few days. According to the doctor this is going to be much faster and better for all colors then anything else on the market. We’ll see. There’s almost no info on it which makes me nervous. Updated on 5 Jan 2018: Hi all I just took bandages off for first time after my appointment this morning to apply cream and holy crap I’ve never seen my tattoos like this after any other treatments. Is this good or bad sign ??????
