Eos Facial Plastic Surgery - Dr. Nima Shemirani

I sought Dr. Nima out and travelled from the Raleigh, NC area because I saw that he specializes in revisions and focuses on rhinoplasties and not a large variety of procedures. They seem to be his bread and butter and that makes a difference when it comes to more complicated procedures. He knew his stuff on consult and didn’t try to use something like cadaver or ear cartilage (went straight for the rib which seems to have the best outcomes per literature). I am very happy in the symmetry he gave me after my primary rhinoplasty left me with a significant left alar dent. I also had a droop post primary and a lot of irregularities. I am currently at the one year mark and have a lot more confidence. The photos posted show two of the up close before pictures after my primary and a variety of after photos. Dr. Nima also has very good bedside manner which is unusual to come by in the medical field and if you tell him exactly what you are looking for he will do everything he can to make it happen.

What can I say? I couldn’t have chosen a better doctor for my rhinoplasty. From the very beginning, I had a wonderful experience. His staff is incredibly friendly and always promptly answers my questions. I never had to wait long for an explanation of my concerns. Dr. Nima is the best! He is incredibly detailed and gave me exactly what I had always dreamed of. Not only did he give me the nose I had always wanted, but he also restored my confidence. I absolutely love my new nose! The surgery itself was a breeze. His staff made me feel incredibly at ease. I was expecting to be nervous, especially since it was my first surgery ever, but that wasn’t the case. I remained calm and relaxed throughout the entire procedure. After the surgery, his nurse took excellent care of me. I’m four months post-op, and they’re still doing an amazing job checking up on my healing progress. If anyone ever desires rhinoplasty, I’ll always recommend Dr.nima!

Amazing experience with Dr Nima! Went in to get a rhinoplasty and had a very crooked nose. dr Nima straightened it out and I can breathe perfectly! Shoutout to Eos Rejuvenation Eos Rejuvenation | Dr. Nima Shemirani Dr Nima performed a bilateral turbine reduction, septoplasty that resolved decades of chronic sinusitis issues—breathing problems, general inflammation pressure, all of it. No pain. Very precise instructions, procedure, and results. I actually saw his office's advertisement online and tried to get the same treatment through my regular provider first, but had no luck. They wanted to sell me on months of alternative treatment that I didn't think would be better than what I could manage with a neti pot. But Dr. Nima listened. I actually had a real conversation about my symptoms. He took one look, confirmed I could benefit from the procedure, and in no time I had an appointment. This whole experience really showed me how healthcare under HMO is simply managed dying, but with PPO you can cut through all the BS to actual treatment. I learned that lesson first with Western Dental—went with the default cheap HMO option and learned the hard way when I'd be waiting up to an hour for my scheduled appointment while they'd charge me for being late and expect me to be there early. So I switched to PPO and saw my former dentist who's quick, in and out with major surgery in 2 hours tops. Here's the thing: in-network treats everything like HMO price-managed plans, but PPO gives you out-of-network exposure which comes with more leeway to cut through those management procedures. For the septoplasty, I had to see a mixture of doctors before I finally got to my end result—VA (initial CT scan), in-network (only wanted to sell me a 6-month treatment plan first that wouldn't be better than homeopathy nor permanent), and finally out-of-network. It wasn't until out-of-network that I found someone willing to cut to the chase and deliver real results. Thank you again Dr. Nima. Rather than trying to profit by managing patients' symptoms, you offer something far more intrinsically valuable by solving them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nima Shemirani and my septorhinoplasty experience. From the very beginning, I felt completely comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Any uncertainties or worries I had quickly disappeared because I was always met with patience, reassurance, and clear, thoughtful answers whenever I needed them. I underwent a septorhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum, and the functional results have been truly life-changing. My nasal function has improved substantially, and I can now breathe easily and comfortably. On top of that, the aesthetic outcome exceeded all of my expectations. My nose looks completely natural, fits my facial composition effortlessly, and truly aligns with how I always hoped it would look. Dr. Shemirani is an exceptional surgeon whose skill, precision, and artistry are evident in every aspect of his work. I absolutely love my results and couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I underwent a chin implant with Dr. Nima and had a very positive experience. Dr. Nima and all staff were extremely kind and professional. The consultation and procedure were done efficiently. The whole team listened to my needs and did their best to limit any discomfort/pain. I recommend consulting with Dr. Nima to find the best sizing option for you. Do your research and don't be afraid to ask questions! Dr. Nima was very helpful and knowledgable. The staff is also very easy to contact and eager to help.

I had a revision done with Dr.Nima in June of 2024 and to this day still have regular visits and communication with him regarding my care. I had some imperfections on my nose from my previous surgeon and the dedication and attention to detail Dr.Nima has had to ensure I continue to heal and work towards great results has been amazing. I am so grateful to him, his nurse Sarah who has always been so welcoming and kind, and all his other staff. It is very apparent that Dr.Nima truly cares for what he does and really listens to his clients which is something you should always look for in a surgeon. For anyone considering plastic surgery in general it should always be considered that an investment is being made and the investment I made with Dr.Nima has definitely paid off

My experience at EOS Rejuvenation was not only an experience that enhanced my ‘look’ aesthetically but transformed me as a person. If I could go back and experience the week of surgery over again I would — not only was having my rhinoplasty done a great feeling, but my entire experience at this amazing center in Beverly Hills was just genuinely so memorable. Not only is Dr. Nima a kind-hearted genuine person, but his procedures will change your life and there is literally no price that could be put on that so I am just incredibly thankful. Before choosing Dr. Nima as my surgeon, my nose was wider and bulbous from frontal view. I have thicker skin, therefore I knew the process of healing afterward would be a bit longer but wow… was this absolutely worth it. You should never expect to see your absolute final result instantly: but when my cast first came off I immediately saw what I wanted — and it wasn’t even ‘done’ yet considering it takes a full 1-2 years to heal! There are not many surgeons at all in the United States who can slim the nose from a frontal view like this, this was one of the things that I really like about Dr. Nima. He had plenty of before/after photos AND videos showing the noses he’d transformed from not only a side view, but a frontal view as well. My nose had a dramatic change and needed a good amount of ‘work’: thin out the skin (this definitely helped the healing process since I have thicker skin), slim the bones of my bridge, lift the tip of my nose for a slightly more button-y upturned look, define the tip, slightly take down my small bump. My operation in January (2025) went by so quickly, my nose isn’t fully healed yet and I am already in love with the results. I don’t feel like there is ‘somebody else’s nose’ on my face. The ‘Barbie doll nose’ is popular and I cannot lie I did get some inspiration from that, but with Dr. Nima your Barbie is customizable! ;-) I will continue to gradually attach photos to this review as my nose heals with updates aswell as I find more before photos, since I was not nearly as confident infront of a camera before. The before and afters speak for themselves.

It's been almost a month and a half since my surgery, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Eos Rejuvenation with Dr. Nima. From the very first consultation, he made me feel calm and understood. I was nervous because it was a big change, but he truly listened to what I wanted and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident about my decision. During the surgery and recovery process, the entire team was incredible from the nurses to the anesthesiologist, everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. I always felt completely cared for, and they paid close attention to every detail to make sure the result looked exactly how I envisioned it. The result was exactly what I was hoping for. I wanted to improve my breathing and have a subtle, natural change in my nose something that would look completely like me, just better. That's exactly what I got. My breathing has improved, the result looks incredibly natural, and the recovery has been fast and almost painless. My friends and family are amazed by how natural everything looks and how smoothly the healing process is going. After years of researching and taking my time to make this decision, I can honestly say that choosing Dr. Nima and his team was the best choice I could've made.

I feel like revision rhinoplasties are often discouraged because of difficult recovery time and “not turning out right.” My revision rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Nima proves otherwise. Although everyone heals differently, I had no bruising and the most minimal swelling. The recovery from my revision with Dr. Nima was significantly easier than my primary and my results were even better than I expected.
