I came to Dr. Nima with a severely deviated septum and a crooked nose, and ultimately underwent a septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and turbinate reduction. From the moment I walked into his office, I was met with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Every member of the team made me feel welcomed, heard, and completely at ease throughout the entire process.
Dr. Nima is, without a doubt, one of the most talented surgeons I could have asked for. From our very first consultation, he took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and made me feel confident that my vision was both understood and achievable. He was incredibly attentive, thorough, and communicative, and I never once felt like I was simply another patient. I always felt that my concerns, expectations, and goals genuinely mattered to him.
What stood out to me most was how comfortable and confident the entire team made me feel. By the time my surgery day arrived, I had no nerves at all. I walked into surgery feeling completely calm because I knew I was in the best hands. Everything was seamless, organized, and reassuring, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
The level of care did not stop once my surgery was over. After I arrived home, the office personally called to check on me, and they have continued to consistently follow up to make sure everything is going well. Even now, I continue to feel supported and cared for throughout my recovery. That level of attentiveness is something I truly appreciate.
What makes Dr. Nima truly exceptional is that you do not just get a world-class surgeon. You get a doctor who genuinely cares about you as a person throughout the entire process. He takes the time to listen, understand, communicate, and make sure you feel confident and cared for every step of the way. His surgical skill is extraordinary, but it is his compassion and the way he treats his patients that make the experience truly special.
And most importantly, I absolutely love my nose. I feel so much more confident, especially in pictures, and I genuinely feel like myself, only more confident. Every time I look at my results, I am so grateful that I trusted Dr. Nima with my face. He truly is the best of the best.
