This was my second coolsculpt experience with the first being from a different provider. I liked the results I saw from the first provider which was a session on just my love handles, but that practice only had one coolsculpt machine and the practitioner was not very personable. When I had my consult with Jessie, I immediately felt welcomed and at ease, not just because of her amount of knowledge in the procedure, but the quality of her service and the space she operates in. It's clean, inviting and has two coolsculpt machines which made my waist session fly by. I even brought my laptop for something to do while I waited, but her TV had Netflix and other streaming services. I had six areas treated and she was very thorough in outlining my torso and made sure it was what I wanted. The procedure itself it not painful in my opinion. There is slight discomfort after the unit comes off and she has to massage the area, but it is bearable. She also tries to make sure you're as comfortable as possible with the applicators on because they can be bulky. I started seeing results in week and while it doesn't completely get rid of your fat in one session, it's an improvement that I'm quite happy with.
