Brooke was so amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and Informed in all the procedures she did. I love the filler and feel so amazing and have so much more confidence! I would highly recommend Brooke to anyone.

First of all Elase has great staff. Justeen, who performed the procedure made the whole experience great. She's very customer oriented and make the process as comfortable as possible. I had two rounds of treatments for my lower stomach and under my armpits. It looked like I had improvements after the first treatment and I had my second treatment 6 weeks later. After 2 1/2 months I came back in and the treated area actually returned to the original size. They (Justeen and Megan) think it was a rare case of fat that was resistant to the treatment. I was bummed out. Elase really believes in customer satisfaction and they immediately proposed a solution without me having to initiate anything. I highly recommend this place. Hayli asked good questions with her trainer. She was good with client and helped me relax. She was able to explain what she was doing. She was Very likable. I liked my final results. Pain was manageable.
