I am a 43 years old mother of two. For many years I had been going back and forth with get a tummy tuck or not. Here I am in 2022 and finally went through with it. I chose Dr. Khalil initially became my close friend went to him for her breast reduction. I am truly satisfied with my procedure. I was extremely nervous the days leading up to the surgery. Day of surgery, I go in with my anxiety through the roof. Let me say that didn’t last that long, thanks to the entire team at Dr. Khalil’s office. They play music if you ask. They talk to you like it’s a normal day to ease the anxiety. They even had me laughing while laying down waiting to fall asleep, which didn’t take long. I had my tummy tuck done on July 29, 2022. I took pain meds first three days, but once each day and that was it. No more pain meds after the 3rd day. Not even over the counter pain meds. (Remember, everyone’s pain tolerance is different). I truly do not feel like I had surgery. The drains are a reminder that I did. I was asked if I would it again. I most definitely would, as long as I have Dr.Khalil and his team. I am almost two weeks post-op and I love the result that I see thus far.
I have waited so long it seems to have this surgery done. Due to trauma as a child my right breast never grew. I have been looking for a surgeon I felt comfortable with and I was confident who could perform the surgery brilliantly for years. I finally found Dr. Khalil, I couldn't find any negative reviews and the reviews I did find were all very positive. The before and after photos were also consistently amazing. My mom also wants to go to him for a mommy makeover! My results are absolutely amazing. I went with Saline under the muscle, via an areola incision at Dr. Khalil's suggestion. The healing process has been seamless, no issues what-so-ever. I am even!!! I had pain the first couple of days but by the 3rd day I took 1 pain pill and then didn't need them thereafter. I did have some numbness to my nipples that went a way by 2.5 weeks after surgery. It has been a month and half but I can barely see where Dr. Khalil made the incision. There is almost no scarring. I will post more pics at a later date.
