Mari began her career by obtaining her Aesthetics, Laser, and Medical Assisting Certifications in 2006. She has an extensive background in medical esthetics, training, and education. Mari enjoys pairing her medical background and artistic eye to provide patients with a comprehensive treatment experience. Treating all skin types and conditions using the most advanced skincare and technology among her expanding and continuing education.

Julie has been working with Dr. Rod for over 6 years. She acts as Dr. Rod’s second set of hands in surgical procedures and patient care performed in the office. She started her schooling in 2005 when she moved to Arizona with her husband and son. She had her second son in 2007 while in her nursing program. Her nursing career started in 2009 working in a vascular surgeon's office but felt that she was needed elsewhere. She has worked in several surgical offices and feels more relatable to the patients in the plastic surgery field. Julie especially enjoys the Plastic Surgery where her past experiences with boy scout leadership and crafting skills help people with their pre-operative and post-operative care. She enjoys seeing the gratitude and satisfaction in patients as they undergo elective procedures, and finds it extremely rewarding to witness their newfound confidence.

Rylee is originally from Seattle, Washington and had moved to DC, then made sunny Arizona her home! Starting her career as an RN in pediatrics for 9 years, she then decided to immerse her knowledge and love in the aesthetics industry. Rylee has now worked as an injector since 2017. While continuing her education with trainings in person and online, Rylee has developed a passion for learning new techniques to help achieve her clients best results. Sarah is a registered nurse originally from Kansas City, MO she has called Phoenix home since 2011. She has a combined medical and aesthetic career of 14 years. She spent the first part of her nursing career in the Emergency Department and in the PACU recovering surgical patients, then discovered her true passion in aesthetics as a nurse injector. Sarah has trained extensively in facial aesthetics alongside board-certified plastic surgeons and national trainers to ensure her patients receive quality care, elite techniques, and full facial assessments that result in individualized, balanced, natural results. She is well versed and proficient in neuromodulators and dermal fillers such as Botox® Cosmetics, Dysport®, and the Juvederm® and Restylane® portfolios. Sarah believes every person deserves to feel as good on the outside as they do on the inside.
